Gave this Dunkin' a couple opportunities. Donuts were stale and one of two coffees were wrong both times service through drive through was marginal. First time I got a couple donuts and iced coffee. Both donuts were mildly stale and decided if I needed a quick fix of sugar, this Dunkin wouldn't be on rotation. There was only one person working when I went in Saturday at 6am. She said the 5am opening person with her didn't show. She was kind, quick and made our order perfect. I appreciate her hard work!!
I know from day one Ken says don’t waste product if it isn’t necessary, but y’all have got to tell your customers when you’re out of something and fix mistakes when made instead of handing customers whatever and hoping they don’t say anything because 9 times out of 10 they end up wrapping around back into the drive through.
