Argumentative, rude female staff member. Problem resolved after argument after team member called manager. They wanted bitten sandwich back from my wife after delivered to Covid positive person in my wife’s mom to attempt to expose her to Covid. They later would finally call back to apologize only after realizing my wife was being honest and actually had the Covid contaminated sandwich brought back to the restaurant

I guess if you like veggies and pay $6.99, this is all the lettuce that they can spare to give you at a quarter to 11am on a Wednesday. I would rather be told that they didn't have enough lettuce for The Veggie. Very disappointing!Vegetarian options: It would be awesome if the chain had meat alternatives actually.

This is my 1st experience with Jimmy John's in a long time and today I know why and it will definitely be my last. I ordered the #11 & #9 on wheat bread (bread which used to be the long club bread). To my surprise, the bread was sandwich bread. The man who answered when I called to complain said they used to have the wheat club bread but now only wheat sandwich bread. He claimed it said that on the online menu, when someone finds it please share with me because the site I used does not have it listed. Jimmy John's will never receive another $$ from me and anybody I am around, I will tell them don't give JJs your hard earned money. Looking at the 1st few reviews speaks volumes about their bad service. I could've made a better sandwich at home at least it would've had more meat than veggies. Very Very dissatisfied.

I will say that thy don't hold up to there name freak fast should say freaky slow tough them 1hr at 10 Mets to deliver 10 blocks from my work. not the best serice.

I used the app to place a delivery while I was busy and couldn’t call in. So I placed the order and received a call from the store but couldn’t answer. Then saw my order was canceled. So I ordered again using the app. I checked the time and saw that the store had about an 60-90mins before they closed and realized they probably couldn’t deliver. I received another call and being busy I couldn’t answer. The employee left a voicemail stating that since I couldn’t answer the phone after they called twice he was voiding my second order without a reason. I could only assume it was because they were closing soon but to me the employee should’ve gave me an answer why my orders were being voided.

I'll never be back to this particular location. When ordering, I asked for extra-extra mayonnaise. As I'm watching, peroxide fro chick smears on the thinnest layer possible. I ask is that my Sandwich? She replies yes. I'd like to have alot more mayonnaise than that please. She answers that's already extra. I said I ordered extra-extra. She hastily spreads more on and then coughs on my food, while making a lame attempt to turn her head. My Sandwich then sat back in the shadows and I waited for like 3 minutes for them to finally wrap it up and hand it to me. Walked out, gave that one to a homeless man, and went to the other location and had them make me a sandwich, which was perfect the first time, and with a smile ?
