Never go here ever again food took 20 minutes to prepare, even though they are just heating it up. It was very musty, crusty dusty. The doors were locked. They forgot our straws. We went to the drive-through window to get the straws and the one cookie. They forgot they brought us inside and we waited another 10 minutes for a cookie. I recommend you never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever go here. also there was a drunk dude walking by.Fries were good

Came about 7:30 no lattes no shakes and no frappes. How sad. They were pleasant though so not a terrible time. Still, they told me they've been waiting on a tech to come fix the McCafe machine for 2 months. Not the employees fault of course. But man does it seem like any time I want a shamrock shake whatever store I'm at the machines just started the cleaning process ? Here it was both machines down and I ordered on the kiosk so they were already paid for. They did refund me but I want to talk about the emotional damages! ?

Use the mobile app at least 5 minutes before I arrived. Nobody in the drive-thru had to wait another four or five minutes before they asked what I wanted. Got to the window and had to sit there for 15 minutes before I got help. Burgers were cold order wasn't right happens every time I go there.

Every time I go to this McDonald's on Court Street in Kankakee whenever I ask them to give me extra sauce on the side they never give it to me but they take my money one day I went in and I had to wait on a Coca-Cola or iced coffee and I explained to them that I was disabled and could not come in could I get my money back and they told me no I tried to avoid this and it's only five steps away from where I live

I ordered online 15 minutes prior. When I got there I still had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. Once I finally got the food turned out that I was missing some fries from my order. I pulled back around asked nicely about the missing fries and they told me to pull to the next window. After waiting another 10 minutes I decided to leave since it shouldn’t have taken that long for some fries that should have been there in the first place. Overall left disappointed and frustrated with how long things were taking.
