“Over all I would say Sammy’s has some excellent pizza! I would do carry out in the future though. Although they were dead when we went around 8pm, the service seemed a bit slow. Also half of it is a bar. It’s separated by a wall from the bar which made it better since we brought kids with us. Now if you love pizza and drinking this would be a great place! It is also good for adults to eat at, but I wouldn’t recommend it for kids. (since half of it it’s a bar)Sammy’s pizza was top notch as far as their pizza goes though! We had a chicken bacon ranch pizza and 2 cheese, it was amazing!If I had just been out with my friends, or out drinking, I would have rated it much higher, but with kids it’s just not the best place to go and sit in.But this is just my opinion. “Per recommendation tried for the first time and was not disappointed. New to kankakee county and was looking for a good pizza and sandwich place. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were delicious. Sauce not sweet ,and ingredients fresh. Regular thin crust excellent, and crispy. Also ordered a beef sandwich and sandwich very good. Staff professional and courteous. Will definitely be on our favorite places list.“
“I loved seeing the friendship and working together with the people in the front! Even the manager was hands on, which you don’t see often when it’s busy. The guy in the front greeted me and was super nice, they all worked fast paced, and the girl on the pizza?? Amazing!“
“It's a $5 pizza. Nobody should ever complain about that.What nobody ever talks about or appreciates is how hard those people work there. It can't be easy keeping up with the demand on limited staff there. Yeah yeah yeah, everywhere is short staffed, I get that. Not many other places are making hundreds of pizzas an hour and getting yelled at over not being able to keep up.“
“Staff is amazing. They don't seem to just be here to get a paycheck at least the ones I've encountered. I came in after a long days work and placed my order, double checked if my order was correct and left. staff was extremely patient and even brought it out to my car when it was ready (wasn't curb side pickup) when I came back. It meant a lot to me because I had small babies in tow, it would have been a huge hassle to get out of the car. Remember that they're humans too and treat them as such. Pizza was good as usual.“
“Really great food! I ordered the chicken parmesan and it tasted exactly like how it sounded. The food came out quick and Jeff treated me very well and was very kind! The only complaint I had was the utensils I was given didn't look very clean. In fact, the fork still had lettuce wrapped around it from the previous user. However it didn't bother me since I knew I was using my hands to eat the sandwich anyway. Solid 4.6/5.Vegetarian options: There's not a lot of options. However, there is a couple of things you can get including the pizza grinder.“
“Well done Nancy's! Well done!.Today was my first time trying Nancy's pizza in Bourbonnais. Ordered a small sausage and cheese and a small Hawaiian. Absolutely excellent. I've never had a Hawaiian pizza before today. So this was a really good first experience. Had the food delivered and it arrived quickly so the pizzas were nice and hot! Thank you Nancy's pizza! I'll be back!“
“Ordered pizza ? for everyone but one person, who ordered spaghetti ?. Pizza was good, spaghetti was ok (sauce was a little thin). Service was awesome ??,the young lady was great. Only complaint was that the floor was pretty dirty. It wasn't that busy at the time, so it didn't make sense for so much food to be on the floor.“
