I can't speak to the DQ there now, but, when I was growing up in Kewanee, Dairy Queen was THE PLACE the kids went. I was one of them. Thanks for the memories.

Drive thru takes FOREVER!! No matter what time of day, what day or anything. Drive thru will be 5 cars or more deep quickly. I do like they come to your car while waiting behind one at the Drive thru window and take your card/money and then bring you your food.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have the rudest worker there, Raife, he told me he would spit in my food. He also rudely threw the bag of food at me. He seemed to be messing around and on his phone while I waited for the LONGEST TIME just for some fries and a drink. 100% DO NOT recommend going if Raife is working!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Supervisor didn’t actually want to speak with me, I had to ask TWICE while she stood there just looking over at me. Last THREE VISITS my food order has not been right or has been missing items!!! I had to travel back up after getting a cheeseburger this time when it was supposed to be the two cheese signature burger. The fact they throw away the wrong food they give out instead of saying it’s their mess up just keep it is incredibly tacky. On top of that we ordered a triple bacon backyard burger and THAT also wasn’t right!! No onion rings, they can’t even get their own ingredients right on their own signature sandwiches?? Lol what a joke. We spend a minimum $30 every visit here for our family to indulge. I will NEVER eat at this DQ location again. They need better training and better management!!!

Stopped for a chocolate ice cream cone. My how prices have increased. Over $4 for a small cone.
Foood slapped like cold water at 2am but service was insanely shitty the vibe was very bitchy and the food took 35 to 40 min very upset and very gay

The only downside to DQ is they don't yet have online ordering or delivery. Otherwise, I go here any time that we have the money. Their food and ice cream have always been good.

Best fast food burgers in town. The service is always slow but the food is worth the wait. I usually call ahead of time for carry out to avoid the long wait anyways. I highly recommend eating one of their burgers if you have never had one they are delicious.
