Worst McDonald's I've ever been too and I've traveled the country. Took 20 min just to take my order and I was the only one there. Even the hippie manager is lazy.

Mcdonalds has promos on there receipts. Fill out a survey and mine was a buy ANY sandwich get a second free. I live near Macomb and I do these all the time and order double quarter pounder and get the second free. This is the 1st location that absolutely refused to give the ANY sandwich promo, said the owner says those are to expensive to do that and won't allow the workers to honor what it says on receipt. So at this location ANY doesn't really mean ANY, it really means whatever the owner says. I won't be back to this location

The food was alright. Fries weren't fresh, but the burgers were pretty good. My biggest complaint is the employee did not wash her hands after using the bathroom. ?

Came in around 7:00 PM. No ice cream products available on a Friday evening. No one could tell us why. One employee mumbled that they just weren't serving shakes or any ice cream product but couldn't try us why. Horrible service and our table was dirty.

Can barely leave one star as a review. This location was filthy. The floor was dirty, and both men’s and women’s restrooms were appalling. One employee was on her phone as she stood in the kitchen. Another employee coughed and then reached her hand in the fries to eat one before she answered the drive thru window.

The Frappes are made perfectly at the Knoxville McDonald's and the employees were Happy or at least pretended to be ? too help us customers. And the restrooms were clean
