Food is good, but they routinely mess up delivery orders, either by not making the right items or by not making it sufficiently clear to the driver what the order is. I've ordered from here many many times and I'd estimate they get something wrong about a quarter of the time.
We ordered takeout. One of the sandwiches was for my granddaughter, who wanted a kid's grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich we received was not grilled but looked to have been cheese melted between two pieces of bread in a microwave. I grilled the sandwich myself because, quite honestly, it looked very unappetizing to see two pieces of limp bread with cheese melted inside of it. This is a very typical Panera Bread, except that the service is a little lacking. Even when they did offer curbside pickup they really actually brought it out to your car. Currently, no one wants to take responsibility for an answer to even the simplest question. That’s 101. I was told to do that at my first job at Burger King I 1995.
