The kicker was when my sober friend (been sober for >30 days and on a new path) ordered a regular coke and was given a rum and coke. Not sure how this mistake happened but all 5 of us at the table heard him order a regular coke. The waiter wasn't even remorseful. Talk about an awkward and Terrible situation.

Found this place because it’s walking distance from my job and saw all the great reviews ! Unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. I ordered the Alfredo with broccoli but the sauce was watery and the pasta was a bit bland which was disappointing considering the price. Also when I walked in there was a group of staff, all females about 4 or 5 of them, they all turned and made hand gestures about my hair and began laughing pretty loudly and I heard one of them say her hair is so big. Very rude and unprofessional, for context I’m an African American female. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Was looking for a new place to have Alfredo pasta and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. Our waiter was a very nice e gentleman that kept coming to check on us, food was hot fresh and very delicious. I went home and told so many friends about this place.

Was skeptical cause I’m the type to go with what I know. We lived in a Lyons for 4years now and my wife has been wanting to try this place but I always beg to differ. Especially with the prices being a bit higher than our go to spot. 4/12 We gave it a shot and….damn was I surprised. Really good pizza! Double dough sausage and pepperoni was cooked to perfection! Only mishap was in our behalf. We didn’t read the description of the garlic bread, my kids aren’t a fan of mozzarella cheese on their bread. We didn’t think there would be, but description states that and we just didn’t read. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend.Side note: the bar presentation in the restaurant looked great, one night we might make a date night and give the bar a shot! Thank you

I just moved to the neighborhood and have not found our pizza spot yet. This was my first time ordering and from the moment I ordered until I received my food it was a wonderful experience. The woman on the phone who took my order was incredibly helpful and asked clarifying questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted(the receipt says Jill?). She informed me that the basil would come on the side to ensure the quality and they did not skimp! I am close by and was given a 45 minute wait (which is more than acceptable especially given it’s a Saturday night) but the food arrived in less than 30 piping hot! The delivery driver Jimmy was wonderful and was so kind to myself and my little girl. I typically opt for no contact deliveries but I am glad we had this interaction. We will definitely make a visit in person and will continue to order delivery.

they don't know how to serve white wine. The Savignon Blanc I had was warm and when I spotted the wine fridge behind the bar because my table had a direct view of it, the temperature was 53°. White wine should be stored at 34° or lower, it took over a half an hour for it to chill in the ice bucket to taste appropriate.

Spectacular! Definitely a top spot in downtown lagrange. The front desk lady & Esmeralda took care of me and my guests that were breaking their fast for Ramadan. They were so considerate & respectful. They had the order rushed for us to be on time for us. The food was fresh & super tasteful. Pizza was delicious & so was the chicken parmigiana. The salad was very tasty with the sauce they had out for us. The vibe is classy & cozy. Wheel chair accessible and plenty of parking around. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. The service makes it worth it. Not to mention the place was spotless and clean! I loved it!

The food is delicious, full stop. But we were pretty disappointed with the service. We had a reservation but weren't seated until 30 minutes after it, and then our server didn't come back to see about drink refills until we were nearly done with our entrees.
Our server, Cathy was not at her best. After waiting 45 minutes for our entrees and watching other tables sat after us get their meals we asked about ours. She was shocked, walked to the screen (where she had been hanging out chatting it up with employees) and plugged in our order!! She never apologized, and when we finally received our entrees20 minutes later she didn't deliver them nor ask anytime during our visit if we needed anything. It was a huge celebration (birthday and beating cancer) and we told her about this. We will not return. This is actually the second time I've experienced this at the establishment. Being sat near the computer screen as orders were taken, we saw more “fun times” as staff goofed off. I'm letting others know how incredibly disappointing and unprofessional this was. I used to love this place. So sad it's declined so far. The manager walked by several times noticing we had no food and did NOTHING

We live in Lagrange. Lucca's is our forever go to restaurant. They never disappoint. From the food to the service it's always top notch. It's especially fantastic when we luck out and get Sarah as our server! She's literally the best! Also on many occasions, the GM, Esmeralda is floating around doing all she can to make sure your experience is great. She'll take time out of her schedule to come talk to the tables. Whether you live in Lagrange or you're “just visiting” do not miss this place!

We are so sorry we ever booked a reservation at Lucca's! We made a 7:30 reservation. When we presented to the hostess, she said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I asked what the point of a reservation was if we had to wait. She gave me some lame excuse with quite an attitude. We had to wait over half an hour before we got seated. My husband has health issues and waiting that long to eat is not good for him. The waitress was nice and so was the bartender. And not quite sure how anyone could mess up spumoni ice cream, but they sure did. Would never go again and definitely not recommend!!

They did not honor my reservation that specifically stated 'standard' seating rather than 'high top' seating and was brushed off and told "we don't see that on our end." I did not appreciate the older woman's hostess attitude or tone. If that matters to you, I would call rather than make the reso online.
