Our experience was definitely mixed.My wife and I got a reservation for 7:45, a reservation that was officially confirmed. We got there right on time and for 20 whole minutes, our. presents was never once acknowledged. When someone finally did walk up to us, they said that no tables were available, even though we had an officially confirmed reservation for a table. They sat us at the bar to basically just wait until someone finally decided to leave. I personally don't drink, so my wife just had one glass of rose and then we sat there till 8:30 before they could actually have a table ready for us.They took our order relatively quickly enough, but then we still had to wait a whole other 40 minutes until our food was actually brought out.I would just like to stress that this review is not directed towards any actual individuals who work at this place, except for this one blonde waitress who consistently walked past us and never once acknowledged our presence throughout this entire time. Our server was very considerate of our situation and gave us free appetizers, which were pretty good.All in all, choose to go here for early dinner or very late dinner, otherwise your reservation is essentially not going to be honored.

We’ve been to Marco’s a few times and have enjoyed our experiences. There is always a wide variety of thoughtfully prepared options to choose from in all categories, land and sea appetizers, entrees, several salads and desserts. Last night we had the bacon wrapped scallops appetizer which was delicious, the mahi mahi and shrimp with a delicious coconut based sauce. The strip steak was cooked perfectly and came with some lovely crisp veggies; unfortunately the steak was tough and almost stringy. The server asked if there was anything else I’d like which felt like the right thing to do. The servers are efficient but generally not warm and fuzzy. And the environment is very loud. Anyone with hearing issues wouldn’t be able to hear anyone else at their table without that person raising their voice considerably.

Food and service was excellent.Parking: No problem with parking.
We came here from Naperville since we had business nearby. Had to park three blocks away on an early Friday evening. Overall it was a great experience but somewhat expensive with 3 drinks. It got pretty noisy when full. Sharply decorated and very good food and menu selection. Waitress attentive but busy. I would go back especially for a special occasion.Nice portions on starter , entrees and dessert. Marco's is a nice independent upscale restaurant in the Western Suburbs. They obviously did their homework on this operation.

Marco's Kitchen is a fabulous restaurant. The food is amazing and the decor is beautiful. Make reservations in advance, as it is a small restaurant and is very popular. We come back as often as we can.

Great service, great flavors! My husband thought the decaf coffee was weak (and decided getting regular coffee would've been the better choice. Next time I'll try the espresso.) But they gave him a free birthday dessert which was such a sweet touch! We'll be back with friends.

Marco's kitchen is a hidden gem! Small and intimate, and everyone deep in conversation with great food. We had the octopus, and scallops for starters, and duck and lamb chops for entrees. Dessert was crème brûlée and they then gave us more free dessert! Zac was wonderful! Fixed us an amazing sweet drink! We saw Marco as well. All in all, it was a beautiful girls' night, and I am sure we will be back!

Heard about it on the radio and thought we would give it a try. It's wonderful! A nice, quiet setting. An attentive, friendly staff and a menu that has something for everyone. You won't feel crowded or rushed and you will love the food!
We came in right at the beginning of dinner, and we met Marco and sat at the bar. we had some drinks. The next waiter/bartender, was able to make a Mocktail for my partner who likes to limit their alcohol. The food was amazing. Marco was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Marco's kitchen is a very relaxing and was ahappy experience. A cozy spot with great food and a genuinely happy staff for service. The sweetest and most genuine interaction I've ever had , was when Marco himself decided to give us a free dessert, that they customize them self. I would highly recommend to anyone to come and visit at least once.

As I told Marco last night, last Saturday night my husband and I ate dinner in the dining room at the Savoy Hotel in London. Marco's Kitchen exceeded our experience in London. Marco's food is flavorful and grandly presented. Still well worth the drive from Oak Park!

The Sunday Brunch Drag Show at Marco's Kitchen is a ton of fun! We had such a great time, we're already planning our next visit! The fixed menu was perfect (Marco even had a gluten-free option) and the mimosas were delicious. We'll be back!

A lovely experience. The food was phenomenal White table clothes, fresh flowers on the table, no disturbing music to interfere with dinner conversation. Tables wonderfully space so you are not elbow to elbow with other diners. Well-heeled crowd and nice energy level. Just really pleasant dining experience and food was so delicious
