I had pre-ordered 6 pizzas for all the nurses and staff at Meadowbrook Manor rehabilitation home as a way of saying thank you for all they do and the pizzas arrived on time hot and delicious and was enjoyed by all so thanks to sarpinos manager who I spoke with and took care of everything,,thanks and job well done ????Vegetarian options: Great veggie pizza

I never had a problem with this location until last night when my boyfriend & i ordered a pizza and the wrong food was delivered. My 6 yr old brother ate it before i could realize it was the wrong order and when i called to let them know it was wrong they rightfully offered to deliver the right order, they asked to leave the wrong order outside (already unsanitary) but i mentioned it was already opened and touched. The driver very rudely hung up and threw the pizza outside my porch, it was all out so we didnt eat it obviously!!! they shouldnt have delivered the pizza if they were just gonna throw it on the bench !! and the worst part is when i sent the picture of the pizza on the bench and called the store the cashier said it was my fault for eating the wrong order! all she could do was offer a refund, i want my food not my money back. this could have been dealt with very differently & its obvious that the customer service here is poor given all the other bad reviews on it.

I always get the signature salad and the garlic butter for my wings they are the best!!! Been going there for almost 2 years now. And nothing has change is still really good.

I got the sausage calzone and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend it. A little slower than I'd like for the delivery but it was worth the wait. Lots of cheese, sausage and peppers and onions. Very good. I will be ordering from Sarpino's Pizzeria again.

$24 for meatballs sandwich with 3 half of meatballs. I ate nothing but the cheese and the sauce. Really disappointing and overpriced.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and a pizza cookie. It arrived faster than they said it would. The Pizza was really grease and slightly undercooked. Also it got slid to one side of the box wrinkling up half of it on itself. The pizza cookie was delicious.

Hair in my food is unacceptable and disgusting, especially after eating a couple of slices and discovering this. Called the store to complain and girl on phone really wasn’t helpful. Offered to just refund me cash by sending the driver back out to me to pick up the pizza and refund me which is ridiculous. Why not offer to remake my pizza and compensate me for the inconvenience, instead of giving me the oh well, no dinner for you tonight attitude. Where has good customer service gone. Definitely not the best experience tonight and to add insult you ask for the pizza back as proof. Pics below prove hair was in my pizza. Please require your staff to wear hair nets!!!!

My daughter and I had a late night craving for Sarpino’s cheesy bread sticks… which are always great. But this time… they were spectacular. So cheesy, gooey, and cooked to perfection with a wonderful crispness. The cook John did a fabulous job! And thanks to the manager Mike for making sure everything in our order was top notch!

Disgusting and horrible service with them. I was trying to get a pizza delivered while I'm babysitting so I'm multitasking, the guy was completely so rude on the phone that if he's not a manager or related to the owner, he would've been fired within seconds. He did not have any patience while I was trying to order. It would never be that deep in the first place, but I swear to God this person literally hung the phone up on me. This pizza is not even good enough for people to be buying it with their kind of disgusting, sad and angry demeanor. When I mean, I've never had worse customer service in my whole entire life, I mean it. I've never met a person, so angry and so rude. But happy holidays everyone!
