This location completely understands customer service!I am a regular customer at a different location and you can tell looking at the Dunkin’ Donuts app. I went there to order and forgot my wallet. They still let me get the food and the coffee.next time I drive by this location I will definitely stop in. When you can get the small town feel. Add a chain store. It is always better.
One of the most expensive, worst Duncan I have been to. Only 2 stars since the staff is actually polite otherwise. Donuts are $15/dozen. Breakfast sandwiches are higher prices than most other locations. Drinks and coffee are the highest prices I have seen at a Duncan. They don't remind or ask you to scan your code so you miss out and you can't use the receipt to get your points or rewards. They don't seem to accept normal Duncan discounts. They don't participate in most promotions...read full review
