“I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John’s and how I missed their unique subs and “free smells”. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). “A recent change to my shift led me to stop at this location after a long night and I’m so glad it did. The customer service I received from both Miriam and Luis on Friday night needs to be recognized as I’ve NEVER experienced this here at this location before. What’s usually a rushed, rude, and impersonal experience turned out to be the complete opposite. These two were both so pleasant and attentive and it really meant a lot to me after a long day. I know it’s a fast food restaurant so things move rather quickly, but sometimes the simple unexpected pleasantries can really be that ray of sunshine on someone’s cloudy day. Thank you both! “My family and I had a great time here for lunch. The staff was more than accommodating for my 4 year old with how she wanted it and how nice they were to make her experience there wonderful. The food was great and fairly priced. The parking is easy and open and overall I would absolutely come back again.“
“We cannot say enough about Jose and Blake as they hooked us up with a huge catering order right when they opened at 10:00. We were feeding 400 people and they accommodated our order no problem. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped pack our car with the many boxes that came with this order. We will not hesitate to use them again for any catering needs.“

“We order from here alot for our office. Today I called at 10:45am and placed a big order with alot of I don't want this, want extra that. Mario was awesome and read it back perfectly. We picked it up, and the bags had exactly what was in them per order. They have never done this before but it sure helps to not take someone else's sandwich or have to open the foil and dig through someone else's order. Mario went above and beyond.. our food was right and everything was perfect down to the extra pickles. I called to let them know and Mario remembered me and was happy to hear the praise and thanks but I also wanted to post this publicly. You won't be sorry ordering from here!!! Oh and one person in the office raves about the ranch and would drink it if she could.. it's very good!!!“
“Really appreciated the fact that the food is freshly prepared and comes out piping hot. The fries were really good, nicely seasoned and not greasy at all, actually a bit crunchy to perfection. The chicken sandwich and burger we ordered were really nicely flavored. Overall a nice lunch place when craving burger or chicken sandwich with a bit of a kick. We didn't try any drink so can't comment on the bobas they did look nice though.“
