The breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials are descent at this restaurant. However, the desserts could use some improvement as they are often dry or burnt. Additionally, the noise from their ice machine makes it hard to have a conversation.

When will management realize that some team members should work the back end, due to their poor customer service skills. I called in a simple order, and was told about 10- 15 minutes. I walked in, used the restroom, and sat. I waited for the woman with the long pony tail working the register. I waited and waited and even tried to tell her my order was up. Her reply "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to the waitress. Oyy! This woman did everything else, and I mean everything else, but hand me my food. All of this after I called the order in. Multasking is definitely not for all. A simple order took 40.minutes not because the food wasn't ready, but because she refused to hand me the food.
