I went here yesterday on my drive home from Michigan because I wanted my mom to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe. There was only one employee working and it was around the lunch hour, so there were quite a few people standing in line, myself included. The employee name was Quentin. This young man did an outstanding job from greeting people to making smoothies and did it all by himself. He worked as quickly and efficiently as he could and did a great job. I was very impressed and didn’t mind waiting over 15 minutes for my food and smoothie. The young man definitely deserves a raise or some recognition from the company.

I love thé smoothies and that you can get them w/o the extra added sugar. The workers are always busting their asses but there absolutely should not just be one person working during a busy period. They have tons of online orders plus they are busy in store. This isn't on the people that are working but the management should be ashamed, they should be in here helping.
