So the staff was great the girl that was taking my order she was all smiles and you know very friendly quick with the food but the food itself I don't know man the bagels are tinier than hell I just wasn't impressed with it it used to be a lot better now it's a joke

Not what Einstein Bros. used to be. No dine in. Bare concrete floors where tables used to be. Not welcoming at all. Ordered a Farmhouse breakfast sandwich and the bagel was a tiny little kiddy sized thing. The sandwich was lukewarm, the bagel was not toasted, and the ham and cheese were still cold. I won't be back.Kid-friendliness: All the bagels are sized for a small child.

First and only time I will ever be there. Never again. Got home to little bagel ball looking things, not a regular bagel. Went back and was told that's how their bagels are made. Terrible. Just go the extra few minutes to Elles instead!

I loved their green chile bagel but not any more. They used to add more green chile on green chile bagel. Now you will find hardly one or two small pieces on it. It’s more likely regular bagel or some cheese on it. They reduced the quality of their bagel. I have noticed this from last a couple of months. Not happy with their bagels anymore.
Decided to try the Texas brisket sandwich this morning, since the way it’s advertised made it look absolutely delicious. Unfortunately this location made it the opposite of that. Granted the egg and bagel were good. The “brisket” and sauce that was supposed to come it, or lack there of since there was barely any of either, made it quite the disappointment. Also don’t waste your money on the twice baked hash brown, it was Super soggy.

The pandemic has been over for a while. The interior of your restaurant looks really depressing. Put a few tables and chairs out. It does not take much to service those. Not everybody wants to eat in their car on the way to work. You have the space and the cost is minimal to add a little bit of ambience and customer service to your business.

The bagels are barely the size of my palm now, with a teeny tiny amount of cream cheese on them, and somehow almost 6 dollars. Not sure what happened but the quality and portions have declined fast here.
