UPDATE: Thursday, February 22, 2024: I have a unique medical condition. I was in the parking lot by Kooker's this evening and went in to ask to use the restroom. It was URGENT. The male seated next to the counter said NO ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS. I tried to explain that I am a frequent customer, mentioned our names, and said I just picked up food a few days ago... but my situation was truly urgent. I needed the restroom ASAP, so I spent almost $12 on 2 shakes that I didn't want, so I could use the restroom!! THANKS FOR DISPLAYING THE UTMOST horrific LACK OF EMPATHY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have been a Kooker's customer for years! Always fresh, hot, delicious food-prepared specifically by customers requests - if possible. Always goes above and beyond! Great recommendations when you are not sure what to choose from their extensive menu. Keeps track of customers' preferences and even sometimes calls to let us know about the special offers, etc! Honestly, they are very busy, so to take a moment to call a customer about something special going on with one of a customer favorites it true customer service at its best!! Best tasting burger I've ever eaten, and trust me I've enjoyed alot of burgers in my day. All natural fries are amazing. Also if you dig it, I recommend trying the poutine. So so good. I used to come here often when they were located in Barrington, but when I discovered they moved to Lake Zurich I was SO excited because it's right down the street from where I work. They have the best sweet potato fries and gyros, the staff is always friendly and invite you in. Plus, when I write "make with love" on my online order they definitely do! I'm happy to support a family owned business and especially if it's so tasty!

Great spot in LZ I have tried many menu items and returned multiple times and will continue to do so. My family loves the gyros, burgers, and hot dogs. Chicken tenders are also very good. They go above and beyond! Excellent service, excellent pricing, excellent food and just a great value all around thanks Kookers team I’m really looking forward to my next gyro and burger!
