I'm sorry share there was nothing good about this restaurant. The food and the service were both terrible.Seven of us went after church and as soon as we started to order, someone came to tell us there was no skirt steak. This was very disappointing as 5 of us were planning on a steak dish, but stuff happens so we all chose something else. When the waitress 1st came to see if we were ready, she had a mouthful of food. She couldn't even close her mouth it was so stuffed with food, as she is trying to talk we all looked at her in disgust and couldn't believe she would go to a table like this. It made everyone uncomfortable and even the kids were laughing. Not one person liked anything about their meal. Nothing authentic about this food. There was another young adult helping the waitress and she came to bring my tortillas and she actually tossed them on the table!!I know I hear people say how wonderful the owners here are and im happy to hear this but those people are definitely not the ones that served us.Save your money and visit somewhere that has good food.

I’m tired of overpaying for mediocre Mexican food. Yes, the ambiance isn’t screaming downtown cool Mexican bar vibes but if you want high quality authentic food, you hit the jackpot at this place. We started with some cocktails, I ordered the Naranja Loka (which was DELICIOUS) and my husband ordered the Michelada with a Modelo. 5 minutes later, our food appeared.I ordered the Combo #2: taco, Chile relleno, and tamale. I had no idea it also came with rice and beans (which were a million times better than what standard Mexican restaurants offered). This dish was out of this world. Order it and you will be grateful you did. There’s a ton of other things on the menu they offer (breakfast, lunch/brunch, or dinner) so I’m sure they’re amazing too. My husband ordered the taco dinner, and it also looked amazing but I was too preoccupied with my dish to be honest…I am so thankful to now have a go-to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine that won’t make me go bankrupt. There’s also specials offered during the week that are hard to beat, so don’t waste time at other places and come check it out.I don’t normally write reviews so considering that I took time out of my day to write this says A LOT. Support a local spot and come check it out. I was blown away and couldn’t wait to tell others about it.

Went here for dinner. Tried the enchiladas and margarita. Both were great! Enchiladas were customizable--had two chicken and two cheese. Mole sauce was delicious--very sweet, not spicy. Will be going back.

We had food from their food truck in Lakemoor yesterday. Chicken and pork tacos ok. Steak taco was extremely over-seasoned and salty and you could hardly call the meat steak. It was in such tiny pieces, it was practically ground beef. Rice and beans were so incredibly salty, they were inedible. The beans were also watery and had an overwhelming taste of cumin. We had to dump them in the garbage. Waste of money. We also had the elotes, which were not in a cup like most places. This was corn on the cob rolled in the cheesy mayo mixture. The mayo mixture itself had good taste but the corn - yuck. It was a piece of frozen corn that they had cooked, not fresh. It was mushy and watery. Both my husband and I were "sick" this morning with stomach pains and running to the bathroom.

12/10!! Amazing food, really tastes authentic and like you're at home. We had a burrito, fajitas, enchiladas, and a dinner, and all were amazing! My fiancé said it was the best burrito he ever had! Again, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED
