Very disappointed with this location! Ordered from this disgusting place yesterday for take out. Ordered one medium size cheese pizza for delivery. Received the pizza in a small size instead of a medium, the pizza was hard like a rock, and they didn’t even bother to cut up the pizza… you got to be kidding me. And the most disgusting part about it there is a hole in the pizza. Did someone stick their finger in there?? Unbelievable I almost threw up looking at the pizza. Never ever ordering from this place ever again and who ever was working the night shift at 10pm or who ever made this pizza need some disciplinary actions ASAP

This is my family’s favorite pizza. Always delicious! And they’re always on time with the order and they always get it right. I have ordered pizza here probably a hundred times and I honestly don’t have any negative comments. This place is amazing!

The food is always good, but the service is not as accommodating as I had hoped. We ordered ahead to take to a dinner party. We arrived on time to be advised that a portion of our order needed another 13 minutes with no further explanation. I realize things happen but you don't advise the patron it feels like you don't care about their buisness.

They supposedly offer curbside pick up yet. They waited for 10 minutes for me to sit in my car, and then finally come out and find out with my order was ready. Then they waited another 10 minutes. The app said the order was ready at 6:05. I got the pizza at 6:25. I think they've understaffed this location. I think that the manager is an idiot. I think that they should not offer curbside pick up if they don't have a staff the capability, and are the competency to deliver on what they promise

Their gluten free pizza is fantastic!! The Lou's salad is amazing too! As a celiac I highly recommend!

The Lou’s in Lake Zurich cannot get an order correct. Ever. Annoying. Used to taste better too.
This used to be our go to pizza place. The last few times the pizzas were not good. We always order a pan half pepperoni and garlic, half cheese. They only put a few slices of pepperoni and very little garlic on the pizza. Really frustrating. I will contact the store tomorrow to let them know. I don't want a free pizza or a discount, I just want to get what I ordered.

Take out only. Order online then just drive up in front and wait in the car. They'll bring the food to you! Very busy so order early. We love this place for those nights when a deep dish butter crust sounds good.

Highly recommend Lou Malnati's. Best deep dish pizza around no doubt! If you have the pleasure of having Brad as your delivery driver know that your order was cared for in a very professional and caring manner! Always be kind to restaurant staff they work so hard. Always show them love if you can!
