Employee was not helpful when I asked for help. I wanted to know how spicy bejing beef is. They dont sample which is ok. She litterally walked away in middle of ordering bc I asked how spick bejing beef is. Place is empty no people. I will never return to this location. I promise find a better one!

Impressed with cleanliness of restaurant and courteous and professional staff. Ukrainian boy helped us with ordering and my young daughter appreciated his help as she wasn’t sure what to order. He suggested orange chicken because his little sister loves it too! Teenagers with good manners and piping hot fresh food is a hell yes for us! Job well done staff! Food is always made hot and fresh and the restaurant is always clean or being cleaned by staff which I greatly appreciate. Servers are incredibly professional and courteous which is amazing because they are all teenagers! Russian boy with a winning smile and curly light hair was so sweet and helped my daughter who didn't know what she wanted. He suggested orange chicken because his little sister loves it too! We will be back! MALADIETZ!

Think Panda is a great choice for non (or minimally) processed food. But the one complaint I have with this and many locations is they stop preparing food way too early before closing time. I get there an hour before closing and they’ve already closed the kitchen and have little to offer. This wasn’t much of a problem before, but for some reason it’s gotten worse. It really sucks because you make the 20 minute drive out there, be there an hour before closing, and they barely have any food. Poor service.

Panda is generally pretty consistent with their food. The service is almost always immediate. This isn't the best Chinese food by a long shot, but if you have a taste for it and don't want to wait Panda won't fail you.

When you're in a hurry and need carbs that REMIND you of Chinese food. Service is usually fast. Food is always hot. A great mix of spicy (mild) and no spice. Orange chicken is usually big favorite for everyone I know. However I typically prefer the Angus steak or Bejing beef. I wish they used less sugar in most of their items, but it's fast food. High sugar and fat are to be expected.

It seems like evey day is good except for Sundays. Why is it so bad on Sundays? I paid $20 for 2 bowls with hard and old fried rice. Didn't even eat it. Lesson learned.

Allow time for your food to be freshly made...5 to 10 minutes. It is worth the wait! The Lake Zurich location is very clean. I really appreciated that I could watch them make the food. The staff was friendly and I will definitely return. The freshly made power greens delicious!!
