I've never had a slower service in my life. Everyday they have 29 workers in there yet the line takes 3.5 days to get through. unreal

Coffee is always bitter not fresh. They hold onto their coffee and the machines are never checked for accuracy. They should be tasting their coffee before serving it to make sure it is to temperature and tasting correctly. Coffee should be made constantly rotating the product and if they're going to be serving pore overs, coffee at the water should be hot to temperature and not cold training should be a constant in your stores because it appears like no one is trained. they need better coffee stores in Lake Zürich. You're not fooling the public.

Hands down one of my favorite Starbucks restaurants in the area!! The inside/outside area is great for studying. The staff here is very friendly and always makes my drinks right (lots of whip and carmel). Love coming here for pup cups also!!

Listen...I LOVE Starbucks and I can understand how stressful the job is...however, I'm REALLY sick and tired of the inconsistency of these overpriced drinks that are good one day and not the next or even in the same day. I don't always have time to get it fixed and then I'm stuck with a drink that costed me a lot that tastes bland. I've had weak chai and Americano. Please for the love of my bank account and sanity get it together. Much love though xoxo shout out to Jimmy, he's a ray of sunshine

Lucy is the best! She brought my food and drink to my seat. I’m on crutches right now. Highly recommend this place. They even have coffee for you coffee drinkers out there!

Not sure what's going on with Starbucks, I don't go there often, but they no longer carry nutmeg which they have always had and they don't include the cinnamon or cocoa powder or any of that stuff out in the condiments station for you to add it to your drinks which is ridiculous yet, still same premium pricing.
