I ordered veggie patty sandwich as usual. It just tasted bland. I wasn't offered vinegar and oil, I forgot to ask. I just wouldn't go to this location. Never again.

The owner openly makes sexist jokes if you are a woman and you are with your husband. The waiter Jay is extremely rude and judgmental. I left my wallet in the car as I went to buy food at Subway with my husband. As I asked him as for the pricing of items, he said with a laugh, "You don't have to pay anything! Everything is free for you, because you have your husband and he pays for everything!" This comment is entirely uncalled for and I don't know what makes him entitled to speak in a way like that. Needless to say it made things quite awkward, as there were other people around and some of them started chuckling. I cannot believe someone would say something so sexist and judgmental. The way he talked, as if I were a mistress or something. Never coming back again.

Lady is kind but her husband is rude. I had coupon and they don't take it. He just decided not to take any coupons. Everybody else around does take.

First time at Toscana in Arlington Heights!!! Food was fantastic! The service was fantastic! The ambiance was very nice! I was drawn to the place because they had Lobster Ravioli on the menu and it was FANTASTIC! We will return!

THIS SUBWAY DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS...Went there specifically because of the coupons found in the local advertising in the mail. Unfortunately this location refuses all coupons so I passed on getting a sandwich. Hopefully this info will help my fellow coupon clippers.

Google tells me I haven't been to this Subway in 4 years and now I remember why. I live 3 minutes from this Walmart (Subway is inside) but I don't frequent this Subway, ever. I have however been intrigued by the new Eatfresh Refresh commercials and their new sandwiches so I thought I would give it another try. What the heck? I ordered The Outlaw footlong. The picture looked great. Needless to say, I unfortunately got what I had come to expect from this particular Subway years ago. A footlong piece of bread with the skimpiest ingredients possible. Hardly ANY meat at all. All for $13+. Couldn't use a coupon at this location to save a buck because they have signs all over the place advertising that they don't accept coupons. What? Yup. They do not accept Subway coupons at this location. Anyhow, I filled out an online survey saying all I said above after finishing my disappointing meal. The owner contacted me right away apologizing for my experience. Not offering to make it right by any stretch, just apologizing that my experience in his restaurant was bad. There is a Jersey Mike's down Rand Road that runs circles around this store with the quality and plentiful ingredients on their sandwiches. I'll continue going there to get quality food at a good price rather than being ripped off for a less than mediocre sandwich and a meaningless apology from an out-of-touch shop owner.

The Indian woman working evenings is extremely rude, I asked her how much the turkey Baja subway is since the price was not posted and she told me I'm making her angry, no concept of customer service, kept walking into the back room and refused to make subs and raised her voice and was very unaccommodating and should not be working in customer service position.
