Everything was great, we were attended quickly through the drive through, only issue was the spicy chicken burger we both got weren't well cooked the inside of mine was soggy and tasted odd, and the one my friend got literally had a huge black spot inside the chicken after taking one bite, so maybe they might want to cook it longer or assure themselves they have fresher meat like they advertise. Other than that everything else was fine, they usually have very yummy spicy chicken burgers I suppose we were just unlucky this time.
The food is pretty good but they are little scarce with the bacon ? on the baconator, which is sad because bacon is in the name of the sandwich, & it should have a bit more bacon than 2 small pieces of bacon & if you don't like your burger swimming in ketchup & mayo then you definitely should make the extra effort to tell them "EASY on the ketchup & mayo"! Lol! Unfortunately, this wasn't just a one time occurrence... it's happened so many times that I HAVE to make the "EASY on the ketchup & mayo" request any time I visit. With that being said, I still have repeatedly returned because other than those small little things, the food & the service is quite good.
I've been in Lake Zurich for 20+ years and this is my go-to Wendy's most of the time. Can I say YOU ALL AT THIS WENDY'S ARE NOT SHORT OF FANTASTIC!! The last 4 times... because I paid close attention...our food was pretty much picture perfect!! My family's orders are never "standard" and the staff at this Wendy's made each item with precision!! No joke, everything cooked perfectly, stacked and wrapped neatly, all items were fresh and hot, fries were hot crispy and perfectly salted. Plus service was very friendly and our order was prepared within minutes! THANKS TO ALL AT LAKE ZURICH WENDY'S!!! You ARE THE BEST WENDY'S IN OUR WORLD...see you soon ❤️

The dining room and restrooms were very clean.Parking: There is plenty of parking including handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly. They treat children like little people, and don't just ignore them.Wheelchair accessibility: This Wendy's has wheelchair parking, wheelchair accessible tables, and wheelchair accessible restrooms.

we walked in, and wait to order, once a lady comes up. She blinks and doesnt say anything, we ask for a burger special thingy, and she says we need the mobile app. Which we were confused about. Once we turn around to leave she rolls her eyes and acts very bratty. I am in awe and would rather go to burger king any day. ?

You can never go wrong if you want a fast food burger. Always fresh and delicious. The chili is also great. Dave Thomas was a genius restauranteur. He made KFC what it is today and literally invented the drive through which is way more complicated than it seems.
