I don't appreciate being strong armed into a gratuity, it should be voluntary. My server had an issue when I had a question about my found that wasn't grilled but tasted like it came off the grill. The frowned face was very unpleasant. My catfish was delicious.

Really enjoyed the food, service, even the prices were good.Fried green tomatoes were ?Greens and Mac n cheese were great also!!!! We had a group of 8 and they got us in and served very timely..... we will definitely be back.

My daughter and I went to dine in here after church h today. There were many people waiting In the lobby. Upon walking in I had to wait 10 min before a host even came and when she came I asked the host how long the wait was and she proceeded as if I didn’t ask her anything. She then went and got her manager and the manager asked me how many in my party I stated 3 as I was waiting on my sister to come in she said I couldn’t be seated until the entire party was there which I was ok with. Then my sister texted and said that we can go ahead and sit without her because my nephew was coming with her as well now so I proceeded to tell the manager that it will just be my daughter and I and we were ready to sit and the manager told me it don’t work like that and I won’t be dinning there today because of my attitude. I didn’t have an attitude at all and asking how long is the wait time is a normal and very valid question. They are extremely rude and many other reviews saying the same thing. People don’t deserve to be treated this way and the employees and apparently manager need better customer service skills.

I AM PISTED OFF TO THE HIGHEST PISTIVITIES!!! I JUST ORDERED THE SALMON PASTA FROM DIXIE KITCHEN AND IT WAS SHRIMP IN IT. I AM ALLERGIC TO SHELLFISH!!! UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!! Food was excellent. I had fried green tomatoes, the seafood cakes, mac, greens red beans n rice and the johnny cakes, soo cute and good with that soft butter. However the pictures and decor was a lil creepy. The antique gas tank was pretty cool when u 1st come in. But them pictures tho. Food was on point.

The manager of this place is rude and doesn't believe in customer satisfaction.Me and 4 other people dined here. I had jerk salmon, which was good. So were the corn cakes. But my friend's greens and red beans and rice were bland as well as my greens. They tasted watered down and from the can. When I asked to exchange the greens for another side, the manager looked annoyed and walked away and never came back.I will never come here again. And I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.
