I use to love this place...the ribs were simply delicious...now the ribs are no way near what they use to be...the ribs are tuff to the point the entire order is thrown out... I'm totally unpleased and unhappy with this location...

The security guard made the experience acceptable. The cashier was so sweet and kind… however WHOever was in the back peeking over his shoulder, should have been looking at the table… i just need to know why weren’t my tips in pieces. Thankfully I caught the special because for full price I would have felt robbed for real lol. It was good after I added more of my own bbq sauce. Some chefs are so stingy like it’s their own supply, it’s KENNY’s … he should have plenty after all these years of business.

The food is good. The problem is for whatever reason they are not cutting up the rib tips in smaller pieces to actually look like rib tips. They are big and looking more like slices of ribs instead of rib tips. Hopefully the go back to the old way of preparing the ribs. And the fries. They could give you more when you order a large rib tip. It looks to be the same amount of fries in the large as it is the small.

Owner was very welcoming and kind. Fried chicken was the best on the menu, didn’t like the jerk it was over cooked and dry. The people were nice so thanks for giving wonderful service on the last day of Black History Month!

ordered medium turkey tips & wings, Large rib tips, small yams, and small greens. Turkey tips ok, they were a mix of made today and left over from yesterday, wings were as good as always A+, Large tips- if I wasn't so far away I would have returned them, Definitely from "Yesterday!" They were dried out and smothered in sauce to the point where I couldn't chew through. DONT ORDER TIPS, unless are are busy, The yams were good the greens were cooked a while ago and sat in Their juices too long and were mushy. Wish it was as I remembered. $75.00 worth,$ 35.00Parking: Parking everywhere.Kid-friendliness: .. it's a restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Ordered mini rib tips. They were dry, stringy, and tough and had no flavor. The fries were just as bad.
Small rib tip and they were tasty. Hot link was more mild than hot so I use the spicy bbq sauce on it. I've been coming here for years since they were on stony Island.
