Whoever the manager is for tonight is extremely rude and unprofessional. I hate this location it ghetto and they need to fire the whole staff. I'm always nice after spending $65 I get no barbecue sauce n no sweet n sour sauce. After bringing up my receipt she only gave me 4 barbecue sauce n no sweet sauce. Not to mention there pee on the floor in the playarea n no one cleaned it up. NEVER will I come back.

y’all dirty for crumpling up my fries and they got my order wrong 2 times I paid $27 and got a $10 order twice n still didn’t get none of my sauce. And the food was very cold, and the lady threw the bag towards my face and this was at 11:30 pm ! Please get it together i come frm another state to see this very disgusting

Although I gave it a four star the rectification of the mess up on order was done professionally with good customer service. The corrected/replacement order was very very delicious. Very pleased. So appreciate Lansing McDonald Team effort in rectifying the order.

This McDonald's is well managed. They take your order quickly. Your food is hot, and they haven't messed up one of my orders yet. You can see that they seem to be fully staffed. Most of the tables are clean and ready. What a difference that makes.

"you get what you paid for" used to be a phrase I used to explain McDonald's fast cheap food when they mess up the most basic of orders.now it doesn't apply considering everything has doubled in price 99 cent burgers haven't been a thing for awhile and meanwhile charge you the same price for much better food but give you anything but good food and give you the worst customer experience possible.if you value your time and money avoid McDonald's restaurants as a whole

THIS MCDONALDS IS FING HORRIBLE LITERALLY EVERY TIME I GO THERE THEIRS ALWAYS A PROBLEM I BOUGHT 26 COOKIES AND THEY PUT IT IN A BREAKFAST CONTAINER LIKE THATS NOT WHAT THEY GO IN AND WHO WANT COOKIES STUCK TF TOGETHER I THINK NOT ILL BE GOING BACK FOR A REFUND BRIGHT AND EARLY I TRULY HATE

Received molded bread water for Sprite and cold fries. Keep save your money. Something is wrong with their food each time I've taken a chance needing to get something quick to eat from hunger. Customer Service terrible too.

I came in to this mcdonalds and ordered a ten piece nugget and a large fry. i used their app for a 50% off code and it registered on their app and in their store. they took the money then i get to the window and they make a big fuss about how if the app doesn't show another code i cant get the coupon. this goes on until i redeem the code twice-more then they finally get a general manager and he says the same thing. Throughout all of this the manager Maria had an attitude with me as im keeping a level voice and tone and they continued to have bad service throughout it all. i highly suggest you all find a different mcdonalds to take your services to and i hope nobody deals with the same terrible service i have. Wasted 30 minutes to still not be able to use the code that their app messed up on.

I am giving this McDonald's drive-thru experience just a fair ranking for now because there was only one car in front of me. The cashier who took my payment confirmed my order but the one who gave me my food did not. Unfortunately, I received a cellphone call and so took the small bag, placed it on my seat, and just drove away. During the 3 minute drive home, my distracted state only marginally noticed the smell of freshly cooked French fries permeating my car; I had ordered an Oreo Shamrock shake. ☘️ I didn't notice the mistake until I was inside my friend's condo.I will say that I was able to call and have them take down my name and pick up my shake and a complimentary order of fries on my next trip (unlike Popeye's Chicken who will not correct mistakes unless you return immediately. WTHeck Popeye's? Y'all don't have a whiteboard or even a simple pad of Post-It Notes? How many mistakes are you making that your answer is to risk lowering your customer service at a time when the cost/worth ratio of fast food ? is beginning to become obscene. Only Wendy's still seems to get it. Thank you, btw!

Food is always good. I gave 2 stars just so it can be noticed to watch your kids chicken nuggets and sometimes fries. The manager was very nice and spoke with the staff immediately about the cleaning brush wires left behind when cleaning. And rewarded me accordingly for my troubles. Please check your kids nuggets and fries. Good job manager.
