Is this restaurant chain a joke?? This is the SECOND time you all gave me a undercooked, raw, pink Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. The first time when I went to return it, I stood in line for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and I was the only customer in the store. One employee walked to the front, looked at me, and began sweeping. No acknowledgement, greeting, someone will be right with you, nothing. Finally the Manger on duty walked up and said how can I help you. I explained the situation and she asked if I wanted another burger, she took it and walked off. Didn't ask me if I wanted anything for the inconvenience. As a manager serving customers for 19 years and counting, this is simply unacceptable. This time, I went to a second location and asked for my burger to made well done, what did Wendy's do? They gave me ANOTHER RAW undercooked, pink, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger l. I'll just say this, it takes months to find a loyal customer, and only seconds to loose one.

After receiving raw food from the Wendy's in South Holland, IL, I decided to give this location a try. I specifically told them that I wanted my Jr. Bacon cheeseburger well done because of a recent bad experience. After getting home and passing the sandwiches out to my children, my son started to cry, I asked him what was wrong and he showed me his sandwich it was worse than the first undercooked one I received at the south Holland location. It must've brought back memories for him start crying. He said I can't get another one, I can't get another one. I responded yes you will. So I went back to the location in Lansing, IL and explained to the manager on duty what just happened inspire of me already telling them that I wanted it well done. Maybe it was a big joke to them and they needed a good laugh, that should not be the case when it comes to someone's health. Anyway, after explaining the situation he gets mad, take the food, gives me my refund and walks away. No apology or nothing. How can you get mad at customer when YOU ALL are the one who served him a raw burger??? That makes no sense at all. Might as well just have given me a frozen one it would still look the same... very unprofessional. There's a wise saying that says, it takes months to find a customer, but only seconds to loose one.

They need to put hours on the doors for drive thru and dining inside. I parked and unloaded multiple kids to find out the inside was closed with no times to find out when they open. The drive thru line was full so I know the kitchen was open.

Artful Plays

Food is fresh but long lines and waiting most of the time, I don't have the time to wait 20 minutes for my order, sometimes

I went inside and the wait time was far longer than their window time. Even though I waited over ten minutes, all of my food was lukewarm including the fries and nuggets. The doublestack had been sweating in the wrapper so the bun was soggy. I didn't have my sauce. It was overall distasteful and I did not finish it.During my wait, one customer complained about their order being prepared wrong, another complained about the stickiness of the floor near the soda machine and the lack of napkins on the main floor. The cashier counter was also sticky.I understand being busy, but it's not my first experience with food inconsistency at this location. They may benefit from more employees.

This location JUST CANT GET RIGHT! They either take to long to make/ take your order. Or, the food is either burnt or nasty! They have poor communication skills, direction following is terrible. They pretty much do not care about the quality of your food. You can specifically say how u want your meal...reiterate it...and they STILL GET it wrong. I had 3 burgers so burnt you would have thought they barbecued them. Doesn't matter what year..or staff....this location is By far 1 of the worst in the South Suburbs. Next to Chicago Heights. And they even have gotten better. Close this Wendys down already. It's sucked for over 10 yrs. ?

This location is always between "busy and "slow" when it comes to service if you know what I mean. It's a long wait for nothing. The food and atmosphere was ok.
