I arrived 5 minutes before they were scheduled to open. I walked in and they were ready! I was immediately greeted warmly and the staff was all on deck, ready to serve. It was impressive and the follow up was even better. They assisted me with my choices throughout the process of choosing a dozen Bagels and cream cheese. They had a wide variety of oven fresh bagels and about a dozen kinds of cream cheese! All of the bagels were great and my family loved them.

This place is the best. Super fresh and delicious bagels with a huge variety of cream cheeses. Prices are extremely reasonable too for the quality, and if you go for bagel happy hour it’s absurd how much you get for an absolute bargain. Plus, everyone who works there is super helpful and friendly.
Freshest bagels around! Great food, great atmosphere, and great employees! This should be everyone’s “go to” for bagels and bagel sandwiches! 10/10!Vegetarian options: You can make any of their sandwiches vegetarian!

Like others have said, this place does not follow instructions and messes up delivery orders constantly.It started off with small things like forgetting to include a side of cream cheese.But most recently they've forgotten a whole half of the order. When we called in they were very unapologetic. They just said, "Oh yes the stuff is here. You can request a refund."Bottom line, the employees simply don't read the orders. Which is the most basic thing anyone can do. We won't be buying from here anymore since it's a gamble if they get your order right, or give you your order at all.

Our new Sailor had a hankering for a bagel with lox a few hours after graduation from Great Lakes Naval Base, and they delivered with a smile. We sat in the sweet little lounge while waiting on the order, and moved to a table to enjoy our gorgeous sandwiches. Goat cream cheese and arugula are my new favorite ways to enjoy a lox bagel sandwich! Definitely a great place when you're in Libertyville, or visiting your sailors.

I haven't physically been here but a coworker brought in some bagels for our team. I had a cheddar jalapeño bagel and it was fantastic! You could actually taste the kick from the jalapeños and the bagel was very fresh. Glad I was able to try them!
