The person at the drive thru didn't understand my order, I just ordered a simple banana split, but the guy did not understand what I asked to be put on that split.I also didn't get a banana with my banana split at all. I'm really disappointed.I got a 4th scoop of chocolate with mint for some mystery reason.I just wanted that banana split, but I'm not really concerned that much, just not going back to that specific Culver's again.

Really good food and good employees at this location. Clean interior.
One meal (fish sandwich) didn't come with top half of the bun. The fries were cold and hard by the time I got home (4 minute drive). This was the third chance giving this location a shot at redemption and they fell massively short yet again. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to the Gurnee location.

Great people with great service and good food make the place. And it’s why I always come back. I could grab a burger anywhere but in today’s world I feel like I finally found a place that gets it right every time.

I've never been to a Culver's in spite of living near one in a few states. The burgers put me in the mind of a smash burger I've had somewhere else. Good but not the best when I think of a great beef burger. My preference is one from Longhorn or Burgerhaus.

Service: The server at the counter was great! Very friendly and actually did his job correctly, which most teenagers can not do. Must have a good training process at this store! Job well done. Atmosphere: The restaurant was taken over by over by over 20 teenagers - very loud and disruptive to dining in experience - I had to leave earlier than I wanted to due to noise.
