Went to a different location today as I was traveling a different route. Bagel was delicious (multi grain), my iced coffee was very strong, had them add more milk. The place is very dark compared to other locations, needs brightening up! Service was excellent, would go back.

First time at this location, and I just wanted to say that the young lady behind the counter was fabulous! She was pleasant, and sweet and made a fantastic iced coffee and wake- up wrap for me. Next time I'm in this area, I would make a point to visit this location.

Horrible. I was in this afternoon and the young guy working was absolutely horrible. I ordered and he did not seem to like what I ordered so he started mumbling angrily under his breath so I asked “is something wrong?” NICELY but certainly stern. He ignored me! Then my sister added to the order and he did it AGAIN. So I asked again, this time louder, if there was a problem. And this little dude the NERVE to yell back at me “DONT YELL AT ME!” First and foremost, I was not yelling at him. Second, I know the customer is not always right, but I know me and I know I’m not one with a short fuse at all. This dude was super rude and VERY aggressive in his demeanor. I genuinely thought he was going to attack. My sister and I left. I have tried to find the number for customer service because I need to speak to the manager. This is NOT okay. I used to work at a Dunkin so I know you deal with super rude people but that was NOT us. He didn’t even acknowledge us. He was on his phone and it took him a few minutes to come to us at the register. Absolutely NOT okay. Seriously, what happened to the Hispanic lady that used to work there!? She had it on lock! Customer service, environment and good and fast work!!!! Bring her back. The small guy working there 7/26 around 1:20PM needs to be let go. There’s additional questions in this review and I can’t even answer because we didn’t end up buying anything. He was THE worst.
