The bagel's and lox were always great. Now the last couple times I got half the smoked salmon amount at a large price increase. Cmon guys I get the inflation times but just raise the price and keep the quality of the product same.

I'm not one to write reviews but dear god this place sucks. I currently work in the service industry and have for the past 10 years. I'm 25, I get it - but not to this extent. Ordered from an insanely rude younger female who wouldn't answer questions, alone look at you. Started on a bad foot and then we go to eat the sandwiches and there is tomato when asked to remove, whatever. THEN another sandwich is opened to a green egg and cat hair. Are eggs supposed to be green?! Waste of $20 and waste of serotonin

Asked for Well Done Sesame with Butter and got an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. It went right in the garbage. So much for Saturday breakfast. I should have checked but I guess I expected too much. I should have known better as the cashier girl acted dazed and confused. Ll

Went here today and staff was friendly. I spent over $50 for sandwiches that were slopped together. Hash browns were ICE COLD, and produce on the sandwich wasn't the best. I'm disappointed in this location, I should've known better based on the reviews this location got. Won't be returning to this location.

Libertyville location. Store 1443 It was okay at first walked in and the manager just kinda stared at us, we ordered got our food and my boyfriend went back in to get a hot sauce packet and was laughed at by the manager and he told him "oh it comes like that, no side." No wonder this location has 2 stars compared to the other locations. FIX YOUR MANAGER AT STORE 1443!! He's kinda rude and terrible.....

If you want a bagel you can get at COSTCO, or are in a hurry for a quick bite, it is ok. However the staff is not the friendliest there.
I get that some people are not morning people but they could be a little less snippy and rush me to order. Food is fine. No complaints there.

Einstein's has been a frequent stop for bagels. Their egg sausage and cheddar sandwich is really good. This Libertyville location to me is much more consistently good and better than the Gurnee location, it's also cleaner. Good service as well.

The staff was terrible the Hot bagel sandwich and hashbrown I ordered for breakfast was cold. I ordered curbside pick up as I was headed to work. 15 minutes of waiting in the curbside pickup parking spot I decided to go inside and ask where my food was they wouldn't talk to me they just pointed at a table and then spoke another language laughing and pointing at me while making the coffee which was not on the table. Who knows how long my food sat on that table but I don't think I will be returning and the entire front end staff should be replaced. I hate having to write a bad review but when you spend 13$ on breakfast you expect it to be warm at the very least!
