This place is horrible I generally like Taco Bell but this place was bad at customer service and food was bad. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal with loaded nachos for me and the wife. By the time I got home it was 3 taco supremes and loaded nachos. All the taco shells were broken and made sloppier than usual. The girl was really bad taking orders she asked three times before she got everything right AND it was still wrong. It was bad.

Do not go to this location it is a rip off. Ordered loaded fries and there was a total of 6 fries! 3 taco supremes and small shell , no cheese, no sour cream, all lettuce and a table spoon of beef! 2 stale chimichangas with nothing in the shell! $30 and complete garbage a waste of money! Prices have gone up and the food was garbage. The commercials are lies! This place should go out of business or be reported! Go to Gurnee location they make the food correctly! If you want a lettuce in a shell go to Libertyville! What is up with this place? You need new help and management! Total rip off threw it in the garbage!

From the moment I reached the speaker, Liliana greeted me with the kind of cheerful enthusiasm that instantly brightens your day. Not only was she pleasant, but her patience and thorough knowledge of the menu were evident as she answered several questions I had regarding different menu items. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she had a knack for making you feel like a valued customer.The order was not only taken accurately but was also prepared perfectly, a testament to Liliana's attention to detail. It's rare to encounter someone who demonstrates such dedication and efficiency in their work.
