I recommend Rush Hour if you like coffee flavors! Our family of four each got something for under $23! This is a big deal at a specialty ice cream shop. Park on the main road and walk through the little underpass/alleyway. This shop would be easy to miss if you're only looking on the main road. They had one table with three seats and a long line, so they must be good!

A big serving size. Friendly staff. One of very few places in Lincoln to get hand dipped ice cream. A variety of flavors. Last summer they had rhubarb. Not sure why they don't have it this summer. It was SO GOOD!!!

Delicious sundae- large portions - variety of toppings - and delicious ice cream! Top Hat was one of the only places open in Lincoln on a Sunday night - and they were open late! Brought our dog to the patio. Such a cute, globe light patio in the "Arcade" area :) gotta find it tucked back inside - you can't see it from the street.

My kids and I had an awesome experience yesterday. We were there early before opening and she opened the store just for us!!! She let my kids try tons of flavors and the amount of icream we got for $13 was a great deal. Really nice staff and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend.
