The food is very good. You get big portions on salads, chicken salads and pastas. However, the portions for the beef are smaller and more expensive. Servants are nice. The atmosphere is friendly, but noisy and it may not be ideal for some people. The cheese cake is delicious, but the young white girl working there at the cheesecake section has very little customer service and not the best to deal with. Also they don’t come quick to serve you when you come through the front door and leave you standing there although they can see you waiting. One slice of Cheesecake costs around $11.50 which is not cheap.Prices are above average and I just didn’t like the restaurant asking for more tip, although they automatically add 18% gratuity on your bill which is allot. It should be up to the customer as the percentage they add to your bill is really high.

We we came last night but had not eaten here in forever. Food was good n hot. Cheesecake was awesome too. Waiter was great. Kitchen was a little slow though.We only went in to kill time. Stared at the cheesecake. It looked soooo good.

I feel like I get a consistently inconsistent experience, especially with staff. The wide variety of food is great but every meal is like a slightly lame version of the more traditional cuisine it came from. It also tastes like everything has a half a stick of butter in it or more. Every time I do take out I show up on time and find my food has been sitting out already for 10 minutes or more so I've learned to just go in before I'm notified and it's almost always there waiting. I keep coming back though because they do have a nice variety. I think I have a love/hate relationship at this point.

Their portion size was always a joke but this takes it a whole new level. Got a kids portion when ordered a regular and its not the first time. The to go box size tells it all. Also, make sure you dress up well to pick your order otherwise they will assume that you are a delivery driver and will treat you accordingly. Feel sorry delivery drivers when they have to pick up order here.

This isn’t your ordinary Cheesecake Factory it’s actually the worst dine-in experience you might ever experience. We waited an hour for appetizers even though only 4 tables of people were seated. The burgers came out raw after being sent back twice and there was hair inside. The waitress hardly ever came by - the bartender nearby was actually more helpful than her. This place used to be good but under new management their food and service wouldn’t even compete with any fast food chain.
