Finally tried Emily's after driving past so many times. Easy getting into...lots of parking. I love the facility; multiple rooms (which I enjoy.) The menu is large and the offerings look quite filling. The pancakes are terrific. Our server was friendly but not very attentive, although I appreciated the carafes of coffee for the table. Overall a great option for breakfast/ lunch.

I loved going to Emily's when we lived here and will visit it every time we come back. My best friend and I would eat there most Fridays. The food is great and well priced. My daughter was a hostess there for a while and she loved working there. I definitely recommend eating here.

Whow! We took our family here for Easter 12 of us, six are children. Connie was super efficient with our reservation. Our waitress was phenomenal. She was fast, attentive and all food orders were correct and served together. I wish I would have gotten her name, because she was an angel. We also met a veteran who eats their daily from what we were told. He gave each of the children a 50 cent piece. He really hit all of our hearts. Thank you to Emily's for making our Easter great!

UPDATE:Good morning. I hate say this but this local restaurant has gone down hill. I have pictures but this app wont let me add them. The food was ok, but the we were all grossed out by the cleanliness. There were bugs in the windows sills. Food and trash behind and in the cracks of the seats (we sat in the corner booth). The staff was not very friendly. From the young lady who greeted us to our waitress. The only person that was friendly was the bus boy. I recommend going elsewhere. ?Good morning, my wife and I visit this place from time to time. The food is good and the staff are friendly. The food is overpriced and if you don't believe me order a cup of hot chocolate it's almost $5 and there's no refills. I think that's a little ridiculous. They're cheaper places in the area they have just as good a food for a lower price. If you're in Lindenhurst and you don't want to drive anywhere then I recommend Emily's Pancake House but if you have a little time I recommend driving down to Round Lake Beach there's a good breakfast place there that's cheaper and the food is just as good.

My family and I enjoy going to Emily's about once a month. The place is always busy but that a sign of a good restaurant in my eyes. The service is quick even when the place is packed. The atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming (we have gone after all type of even and always been welcome I.e. early morning sport events, church, just waking up hungry). If you order a la carte your bill could get a little pricey for breakfast expensive, so I'd suggest looking at some of the combo and see if anything catches your eye. Emily's is only open for breakfast and lunch so just keep that in mind.
