The Final BAD "Messed Up" Pizza We decided to give this Domino's Pizza a try after six months. This was a mistake. We ordered a Brooklyn with pepperoni and salami. There was no salami and the pie was dry. My wife called to address the unacceptable quality of the pizza. The guy she spoke with insisted that HE personally made the pizza and placed seven pieces of salami on the pizza. This was the third time out of the past five orders that there was a problem. While it's a convenient option when you need a backup meal. BUT - The inconsistent quality of the pizza; makes this location one that I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We purchased two each Home Run and Connie's frozen pizzas for back up meals in future. We will not order again. Very displeased with the product and the inability of staff to accept responsibility for "the pizza they made that sucks" in our opinion. We've given them the benefit of the doubt by revisiting them after not being satisfied prior. I'm uninstalling the App. There are way too many "quality" pizza places around that provide quality pizza; so this pizza will never grace my table again.

Worse dominos ever I will never go back here. Ordered a car side. A older gentleman brings out the order after I sat there for over 10 minutes with his apron on. He smelled like cigarettes. I watched him walk back inside the restaurant, doesn’t wash his hands and goes back to touching food. How did this place pass health inspection? I will not be back

July 7th, at 2801 Ogden Ave. Lisle ,IL 60532.order a 14 inch pizza with extra Onions,extra Chicken, extra Banana pepp. Extra Jalapeño, Pepperoni. When we saw the pizza, Found NoPepperoni, 7 pices chicken meat, one finger slice Onion ,less piece hot pepper. That's all we ordered extra Toppings. What do you want to Say?

They got my order wrong, the pizza was incredibly expensive, had more olives than cheese but almost no of the other toppings i ordered, and i got an olive seed in my pizza and nearly cracked a tooth, never going back to dominoes again.

As soon as I entered the lady in the front said “yeah, I said I came for the pick up, she asked for name, I told her so, then I asked for chilli flakes, she goes with an attitude? “I am giving it to you”. She told me the total, I swiped my card. Then I asked for the receipt, she said “ that is the receipt”,pointing to the “order slip”. I asked her second time, she repeated the same pointing to the order slip. I didn’t want to deal with that attitude, and I apologized for her attitude and said “ I am sorry I even came, she goes “ Don’t come then”. When I was half way out of the door, she said “ I don’t know what part of the‘that is the receipt didn’t he understand’”. I was going to ask for the manager, another guy shouted “ have a nice day sir”. Very rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff specially tall African American female and a bearded white guy in the back. She even used ‘F’ word. As customers we pay for the professional service and products, not for the cheap behaviors.

Ordered a few times since I just moved to the area. The last two times the pizza were unedible. I filed the complaint online and no one reached out to me. I will just have to order somewhere else.

This branch manager( how she said she is by screaming on a phone) dropped the phone on there long time customers, who waited on a line for 25 minutes three times in a row!!!She never said her name, only screamed on phone how busy she is and dropped phone again and again!!!!It is Terrrible, Terrrible Customer service !!!Nobody from my family, my friends and my neighbors will go there or order there again!!! Probably she will spit in our pizzas if oderedDominos Head quarters and/or Franchise owner should immediately react to this unprofessional behavior and let her go from where she came from
