Very overpriced Easter buffet for what was offered. Waiter came to our table twice. Once to ask if we wanted a drink and once to bring the drink. No dishes were ever removed. No offer of refills, or the mimosa that came with the buffet. Almost $30 tip added to the bill when service was poor.

Went on Valentine’s Day. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:15. We had movie reservations at 7:20. Very slow to get food. Waitress mixed up my order and had to take it back to the kitchen to be remade. By the time I received it we had to leave for the movie. I had a few bites and asked for a to go container. She packed it up for me but only put the enchiladas in it. None of the sides. If you go ask to pack your leftovers yourself.

Very cozy spot for great Mexican food! Girls night out was a hit with the margarita flights! The tacos, flautas, and steak dinners were all very flavorful, tasted even better the next day as left overs! I'll be back if I. the area.

Terrible service/management. I have never felt so insulted as I did when the manager ignored me at the bar, and exclusively served the white regulars. I got my food to-go, but I did order drinks. It felt ridiculous to see everyone, BUT me, get served chips and salsa.That wouldn't be enough to make me leave a bad comment, but they rubbed salt in my wound. I got home and opened my bag with queso and chips and dip, only for there to be NO chips. Okay. Cool. Whatever. I go back and I try to get chips and then I get an attitude. I bring up how I felt at the bar seeing others get served and then they start yelling. It was ridiculous, especially since I used to love this place. I didn't ask for anything free, I just let them know that I actually felt a bit hurt.Ugh. Foods decent but I hope the atmosphere improves.

The food was good but the service was slow. I only saw one person going between tables taking orders and drink orders. I believe a young woman also was helping. Both of them were very nice.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went there for a friend's birthday, we had reservations and when we got there we were confused because the resteraunt was dark. So we called and that's when we were told they were closed. My mind was blown. They didn't even bother to call us! The waiter claimed "they had a gas leak" but tell me why we saw a guy cooking in the back. WWF!!! I would not recommend unless you want to have a terrible time.

Terrible decision... we made a reservation for my birthday, drove from Schaumburg to meet family for a special dinner, however, when we get to the parking lot there were only 3 cars parked . To our surprise the restaurants doors were locked. One of the workers comes and opens the doors to say they were close due to "cooking gas being down". We asked to use their bathroom and to our surprise the heating was on and the grill was being used .. I understand things can happen but decent people would call their reservation and let them know. Then they offered to serve us tequila shots for our inconvenience and then charged us $50 for 4 shots... save your time and definitely check other spots whose service is better. Not sure if they really need this business to thrive or just a front. We ended in Naperville and had a great time elsewhere. Cheers

They don't know how to run a business, do not make a reservation they will not call you to tell you it's cancelled, I've never seen the parking lot have more than 3 cars, go figure. Would give zero stars if I could. Go to burrito Parilla next door instead, way better food and service.

The name is catchy and the esthetic is nice and all but I much rather spend my money on good, good food! The food was definitely not authentic... The cheese tasted very chalky like. They even charged me for the stale chips... Definitely not worth the high price. Your paying for the ambience bc the food is very distasteful.

We had a delicious and flavorful meal! The drunken shrimp tacos and steak burrito were perfect! Our server (Ossie) took care of us and since we arrived around opening time, the place was pretty empty! The inside is very nice and vibrant! Since we were visiting family, it's hard to say if we'll be back but if you're reading this - do stop in!
