An amazing healthy food place! This is my third time here just trying different food. First two times I had the same entree of this whitefish with carrots and vegetables. It is super delicious and not stuffy or oily at all, but flavorful! Lentils soup is also great so is the wheatgrass juice! Personally I am not a big fan of the chicken broth. It is rare to meet someone as friendly and positive as the owner of this Cafe. She is truly a ray of sunshine and it shows in the food she makes as well. If you need a smile and good, healthy food, come in for a visit!

This is a such lovely little cafe in Green Trails. This was the first time I’ve eaten here & all three of us had an amazing meal! I had the power chicken wrap. The flavor was phenomenal. Any reservations I had about a gluten free wrap were immediately gone after I took the first bite. The woman serving us was very lovely.
