I've always enjoyed Mike's Subs, subsequently, we frequently use Mike's as a source for our training session lunches. We purchased 23 sandwiches today, most were number 7's at a cost of $230.00. As the students started unwrapping their sandwiches, they started complaining that there was only one thin slice of meat on their sandwiches. Mike's claims to be a "cut above," does this sandwich look like a cut above to you? In fact, this is a regular, look how small it looks Never again, there are much better choices than Jersey Mike's for sandwiches.

I have been going to this location since it opened several years ago. My past three visits have been the best. They must have changed the process/recipe for the bread used for the sandwiches since they are now much softer than they used to be. I can actually chew my sandwich rather than just eat the meat and toppings. They WILL mess up your order if you place a mobile order. It happens to me every single time i place a mobile order. Your best bet is just walk in and have them make it infront of you. Today was the very last mobile order i will ever place.

I don’t no where they found this young Hispanic male and female (Brian and Salena ) they rock!!!! Food was perfect! Customer service was perfect! And they made it in s timely fashion!!!! Never got all 3 in one place before ever!!!!! I will be back to them on a regular!!!
I submitted an online order to pick up, because I needed food fast before heading to an appointment. Not sure if there is a problem with their online order system or the people fulfilling the order, but there were problems with pretty much everything I ordered. We customized the sandwich orders and none of the customizations were done (lettuce when we requested no lettuce, peppers were missing when we added peppers). I ordered chips which were not included. I ordered a root beer and received a cream soda.I'm not going down to 1 star, b/c the food was ready quickly. And despite not being exactly what we ordered, the food was tasty.

Ordered online for pick up and didn’t realize the bread on the two giant subs I bought were rock hard until after I got home. I guess I’m confused as to why staff thought it was okay to make and send out an order with overcooked crispy bread like that. Honestly disappointed.

"Pretty good food, bad staff attitude".The sandwiches were good and mostly correctly made. I ordered online, arrived a few minutes after the estimated ready time and they still had to make them. However, it was during the lunch rush so that's understandable. What's not understandable was the sour attitude from the staff. I wasn't angry, I smiled, said "thank you" and "please", was polite etc. They were NONE of that, at all. If someone has to wait, the least you can do is be polite. I was there on a sunday around noon 7th november. Again, i know how crazy it can get during the lunch rush, but basic customer service should be standard everywhere. There's a Jimmy Johns and a Boss Dawgz (really good hot dogs) right down the street where they have always been polite and professional. So 4 marks for the sandwich and 1 for the service. I would not go back there unless I had to.
