Very bad customer service! I ordered something thru door dash and the KFC manager called me and said they did not have ingredients to make my order! And she offered me 3 chicken piece with Mac and cheese and a drink and mind you I paid $18 and she was only giving me 3 of chicken! So I said cancel my order because the app showed me that if I cancel it won’t refund me! The manager told me she won’t cancel it for some reason and that I had to do it in spite of it not refunding me! Irony is sue offered me 3 of chicken nugget Mac and cheese and a drink in return if my $18 and then when I said you have to refund me my money she hung up on me! KFC is gonn not exist soon if this is how you treat your customers! Very disappointed!

Where should I start...This KFC like many location had been run down, out dated and look old for many yearsAs much as I kill for KFC once awhile it's nearly impossible to find one especially the two closest to my house Both were closedThis location is the closest to us but due to the fact it's so out dated we stop coming until...Today!When we got here, we found out they recently remodeled and updated top to bottom! New paint, new wall, new flooring, new table and chairs....It's amazing how a coat of paint can do lolAs far as food goes, same old taste :)Vegetarian options: Sorry they sell fry chicken here lolParking: Alot of space in their lotKid-friendliness: Kids love the chicken, corn, fry and lemonade lolWheelchair accessibility: Front door not automatic
The food was cold, the mashed potatoes were not fresh. The coleslaw was room temperature. Upon asking for hot fresh food I was told that’s all we have.

My daughter wanted and insisted to go to kfc this morning. So off we went and was about to pull at the drive thru when she told me she wanted to dine in. The Kfc in Lisle opens at 10:30 in the morning and we were a couple of minutes early but they graciously told us they were open already and served us. Thank you! For the nice guy and lady who were so nice to us. Thank you!

I went to KFC around 12:45. I went through the drive thru. i asked if, the $20,00 fill up box can i change any of the sauces. The employee said yes. I said, 3 barbeque and 1 buffalo sauce. When i drove around to pay the attended said do you want any sauce. Again i said, 3 barbeque and 1 buffalo. I get home it one of each. Thanks for asking what i wanted.

Chicken is very dry and often tasteless. Plus I drove through yesterday and ordered 8 pieces of chicken and had to pay $20 when the website says it is only $10. When I try to call the store they don't answer. Pitiful.
Drive thru was packed so I ran in to get famous bowl meal. The lady was super polite and friendly. They did an amazing job remodeling the place. My order can up fairly fast so I went to my car and drove away. While driving down the road I realized they did not put a fork or spoon to eat he bowl with.? I stopped at another restaurant down the street and asked for a utensil. First bite the chicken had a little gristle. The other piece of chicken were no better. Sorry, won’t be coming back.

The biggest problem with this place is the inconsistency in customer service. If you're trying to get the new Double Down sandwich do not go here during lunch because the people work in the Drive-Thru will lie to you and tell you that they don't sell the sandwich anymore. But if you wait until after 2:00 until they're done with their lunch rush magically the people are very nice and they have no problem making the Double Down sandwich. It's definitely one of those things that a lot of restaurants do during lunch where to keep the line moving they will lie to you and tell you that they don't have certain products so that way they keep the line moving faster it's very frustrating especially when you drive quite a ways to go to the KFC and try the new Double Down sandwich. Very disappointed

Got home and part of order is missing. Tried calling, but they do not answer their phone. Now I will dispute the charge on my credit card.

The low rating is because they gave me a bag of food and they couldn't even put a fork in there and then they can't even answer their phone so here I am on the highway and I can't even eat my food. This makes me wonder how clean this place is where they can't handle just the basic things.
