I have visited Paisan several times before, but this is the first time I tried the deep dish pizza and it was delicious and our service was wonderful and our waiter was very attentive. Thank you!

We always enjoy visiting Paisan's The Cobb Salad is beautiful and delish and of course the Pizza is the best! Tried the Mango Mojito - highly recommend;) (Mango is much better than the Strawberry in my opinion but you know what they say about opinions) Thanks Paisan's fam for another yummy dinner. :)

We really enjoyed the food. The pizza and loaded fries were both really good. Our server Mercedes was also excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure our visit was great. Friday was family night and they had a magician who went table to table. All around good vibes and nice place
Felt pressured to finish our dinner as our server asked if we wanted dessert 3 minutes after our pizza had been delivered. We had not even finished our first slice before he handed us the dessert menu. Aside from that the food was very good.

The shrimp appetizer was rubbery and possibly frozen shrimp. The pizza's took forever and the taco pizza was a mere veggie pizza with jalapenos and hamburg thrown in. Sorry, but Caseys quick shop taco pizza is WAY better. Boneless chicken wings and our fries came out 10 minutes AFTER the pizza. Server never asked us how the food was. First and last time we will eat there.

Overall very good. Pizza was great! I like the option to reserve a table. Our server was nice but forgot out breadsticks and was confused when I asked for a large half cheese half pepperoni. He was pretty bad at getting myself and kids refills.

Acoustics are not great. When you have a table of only adults it might be nice if there was a section that was quieter . Although food is very good, it it one of the most expensive places for a burger that I've seen.

We've been coming to Paisans for many years and have had wonderful experiences. Last night however was not one of them. I'm not one to complain, but I was very disappointed with the service.

Reservation was for prime time on a Friday night. We were seated right on time. For a busy night arrival of food was reasonable because wait staff continued to keep us advised. Will definitely be going back.
We used to go go paisans every Friday with our kids before the pandemic. They have a lot of food options and we like the ambience. Last night we went for my husband's birthday - his pick! We waited for about 15-20 minutes before someone came to the table. The waiter was new and it was clear he had a lot to learn still. He was very kind and wanted to do a great job. After sitting for about 30 minutes now with drinks, but two of them were incorrect, I decided to go find a manager. In the meantime there were usually 2-3 staff standing around, but not looking for opportunities to help. The manager was great! He stepped in, grabbed us correct drinks and made sure our order was in. He checked on us a few times. The experience was a bummer, but he helped. There were a few other managers there that seemed not to notice inefficiencies across the board. Recommendations: 1) better training for the new waitstaff. Shadowing and/or partnering. There was one guy that seemed to be coaching our waiter, but I believe if he would have come to the table with our waiter, it would have helped so much more. I told our waiter, “If you need more guidance or training, ask. They want you to succeed.” He said, “I know but when we are so busy it's hard to get help.” I think the waiter needed to know, it's better that you feel like you've got support so you can do a good job than we are too busy to help. 2) better training for existing waitstaff. If you are standing, look for opportunities to help and serve. Happy customers give better tips and want to come back. A mindset of “I'm responsible for making this great!” Goes a long way. 3) a broader view of how to make sure inefficiencies are addressed. We got our food in about 45-50 minutes. We weren't in a huge hurry, but it changes the experience. The upside! 1) the food is always pretty good. It's a great place to get a burger, a salad, or a kids meal. 2) they had a guy going around making balloon animals! Such a fun addition!

We had a reservation for 5pm on a weeknight. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come over and seat us. We sat for 15 minutes, no one ever came to take our order, and we left.

Normally, we are very pleased with our meals and service. This time the dinner was off. The chicken parmigiana was over cooked, we asked if there was tomato in the rice bowl dish, assured there was not and it had salsa on it. I asked to have no onion and that the salmon be blacked- onions and plain salmon. We asked for our soup to go and we never got it. We brought friends with because we typically have a good meal at Paisans, sadly not that meal.

We went here with our neighbors after attending church Saturday night service. We were able to be seated and was impressed with the decor. We ordered pizza and chicken wings. The wings was freshly cooked, hot and delicious. Then our pizza arrived and we have to wait a little to cool it down. The pizza was EXCELLENT!! We enjoyed the crust and the sauce was tasteful. Over all we rate it as an A. Our server was very attentive as well.

I took my work team here for dinner and although it was pretty busy, we got great service. We had a fairly large group (I think there were 10 of us) and there were tons of food and drink choices. The drinks were good as was the food. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The appetizers we got were a hit too. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very casual and fun. We all really liked the vibe. This restaurant has been in Lisle now for quite a few years but for some reason I had never thought to try it. I will definitely return to this restaurant.
