Pizza is NOT thoroughly cooked.Very unhappy. Also sauce is very salty. Pizza is definitely not worth the price. Best to look elsewhere next time.

My workplace has been ordering pizza from here for 20 years, and it blows my mind. It's so bad and so expensive. And I'm not one of those people who slams any pizza that isn't their favorite place. Not at all. In fact I like variety. It's like a knockoff of Rosati's double dough. Which double dough is a poor choice for this style of pizza in general, which uses flavorless cardboard for crust. I guess some people like the crust to just be a placeholder, like a water cracker.

I don't understand these bad reviews. I love Passeros. They're food is awesome. Cheeseburger pizza- *chef kiss*. They're BBQ wings and ribs are outstanding. And regarding customer service- pre Covid, I was having a bday party for my boyfriend at Lisle lanes and ordered delivery. When they arrived, the people at bowling alley Desk told them we left. So the passeros delivery woman went all the way back to passeros to call to find out what happened, realized we were still there and came back- no additional charge or fee. This is a local spot where teams gather after events or when you're craving junk food. This reminds me of the pizza places in Berwyn and Cicero growing up in the 90s. I love this place.

This place use to be good now its just bad. I ordered a cheese pizza no other toppings but they decided to add sausage and when I received the pizza the cheese was over done and when I bit into the pizza I felt something hard so I pulled the cheese up and there was a small piece of white plastic in it. I called the restaurant and all I received were excuses not even an apology or how can we make this right. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Service is excellent. Especially with delivery and pickup orders!!!! Never change your cheese sauce either!!! Its delicious!!!! Came here as a kid with my grandparents and loved seeing how much it changed over the years and throughout owners. It really is a special place to my family!!! Thank you!!!

Awful!! Never made a pizza but I can make a pizza better than they can! Bland,disgusting pizza and their customer service is horrible! They all talk back, they're nasty, they speak about other competitors which is a No-No in sales, customer service 101! Delivery Drivers...Rude! Cookie Cutter Pizza!! Their pizza is like eating cardboard.. read my other reviews! Go elsewhere until they get their act together!
This was my go to when I lived in Lisle. They have about a million options to choose from and their prices are very reasonable. I wish the pizza crust was a bit thinner but it is still one of the best around Lisle. It’s cool that they have alcohol for customers that choose to dine in. Always fast delivery and very nice delivery drivers. Best pizza around no doubt, drove all the way from Oswego just for it. Definitely worth every min of the drive.. never dined-in but as it looks place could use a little updating for kids sake but still would definitely recommend!

Great crust and sauce makes a pizza! Usually get Hawaiian and the Pepperoni, mushroom, and onion pizza. Friendly service. Prep and delivered on time. Great specials. Could you make a white pizza with thin slices potato, and a honey drizzle? Let me know if you do!
