This company sucks got to do a better job who's going to pay for my gas getting all the way over there and it being closed as well as my food that I paid for...,. Food was hot and prepared on time. However, the toppings were non existent on my 2 topping pizza. 6-8 pieces of mushrooms and 6-8 pieces of green peppers on my pizza. The breadsticks marinara sauce was a one ounce container which isn’t enough for 5 breadsticks.Parking: Free parking

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Ordered a pizza online. Went to pick it up 10 minutes after it was due to be ready. Clerk states they never made it and asks me to wait 10 more minutes. I go to car for 10+ minutes and return. Clerk says somebody must have forgotten to make it again. He asks for 10 more minutes. I politely say that in 10 minutes I would either like a pizza or a refund. I return 10+ minutes later. Clerk checks the back like he thinks my order is there and then returns and provides me a refund. I wouldn't believe this story if I didn't experience it. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift as a police officer and still had my uniform shirt on. I'm pretty sure they didn't accidentally screw up a simple order 4 times. If they discriminate against a profession, God only knows what else they might discriminate against. Get your pizza somewhere else.

Negative five stars. I don’t know if all the people who work there are trash, but definitely at least two of them are. I ordered using the app and showed up on time. Sat there waiting for ten minutes behind a lady who couldn’t figure out the name her order was under or how to pull up her order on the app. The tall guy behind the counter helping her couldn’t figure out how to help her either but kept trying while I waited the whole time. There were 2 or 3 people in back and he didn’t call anyone up to help a waiting customer. A guy walks in behind me and then a woman comes up front. I’m clearly next in line but she looks directly at the guy behind me and asks if anyone is picking up. I say “I’m here for picking up” while she blatantly ignores me and looks at the guy standing behind me and when he says he is there for “pick up” she asks his name and then searches the warming box for his order. After he gets his food and turns to leave a woman walks in and this female employee then asks her if she is there for pick up. I haven’t said a word up until this point and then asked if I could get my pick up as well, to which she answered with an attitude asking what my name was. I deleted my Pizza Hut app and I am going to Dominos or Little Caesars from now on. People who work at this location should be banned from the food industry. This location looks very ratty btw.

Ordered a medium cheese pizza, and you’d think they’ll atleast give me CHEESE. So disappointing. TERRIBLE

I ordered a large, stuffed crust meat lovers pizza and two ordersof fries with two dips. I paid for delivery and a tip. The store called to tell me that they were out of fries. I agreed to continue with the order, but I asked to take the dips off. The driver left my pizza at the front desk instead of bringing it to my hotel room. I called the store and received a very cold and rude response from store personnel. I went to the front desk to get the pizza and brought it back to my room only to find that it was cold and all the toppings (except the pepperoni) were only on one half of the pizza. The store personnel also charged me for the dips which I didn't receive. This was a horrible experience.

Utterly disappointing!!!I know that MANY companies are implementing cost-saving measures these days. This is why I always order (and PAY for) EXTRA cheese.My pizzas & cheese breadsticks were absolutely BURNT to a crisp. IF my order contained extra cheese, I would absolutely positively HATE to see what the regular order of cheese looks like.The staff was absolutely AMAZING & PLEASANT when I called in my order and at the store. I saw the horrendous reviews online and thought if I called I could better gage the professionalism of this store. I REALLY thought my experience would be different. The person that took my order gave me a sense that my experience would be phenomenal. Not the case... AT ALL!

I order from here all the time. I live 3 mins away pizza is constantly cold. Ordered chicken wings got boneless. Each and everytime I order there is a problem I just stopped complaining because they make you feel like you are lying when they know they have tons of complaints it's sad. Had wings last night and my stomach hurts so bad today. I will be contacting Corp soon.
