Never have I experienced soft shell tacos that were soggy , and dripping wet , until I came here . 30+ dollars worth of food wet , and soggy . Horrible experience.

Taco bell / kfc is a weird combo if you think about the food alone and not company ownership. But, the tacos were great, service was prompt and tables were clean. I would just suggest adding more of a taco bell influence to the decor since col. Sanders is ruling this roost.

Let alone doesn’t know how to properly speak to people. Claimed to be a manager. Joke. Customer service honey. If you don’t like your job. LEAVE. As for Paco over there who came to the rescue. Stay in your lane. If you don’t like your job. LEAVE. You have the audacity to swear at me for your employees mistake. Overall, it’s about a 4 for me. It says it opens at 6 am but when I asked for breakfast, they didn’t have it available and only had lunch/dinner options. Yeah, I didn’t want the normal menu at 9 am in the morning.Inside is clean. Employees are pleasant and made sure I got everything for my order. Food is very consistent, always tasted fine no rotten ingredients. Usually no waiting inside.

Brian at the drive thru was so kind. This was hands-down the best customer service experience I've had all year. He had a big smile on his face and we chatted while waiting for the food. I really needed that and Brian just made my day.

this taco bell is always a solid choice for late night food since it’s one of the few places in the area open past 9/10. service is always super quick and our order has never been messed up once. staff are friendly and willing to help you through confusing orders

The food was just right. I had to deduct stars to the overall experience due to my children having to sit through profanity laden rap music pumping through the speakers in the restaurant.
If you were looking for a way to absolutely demolish your diet and love every second of it, I recommend getting chicken tenders, and putting them onto your soft tacos. This restaurant combo will be the death of me, but what a way to go.
