While the ever rotating beer menu is the star of the show here, the food is very good as well. I highly recommend the Szegedin Goulash served with spatzle - an excellent and filling meal.

This used to be one of my favorite dine in restaurants in the Chicago land area. The food is always good but service has suffered. Upon entering we were immediately greeted with a scowling face from the hostess. Our server seemed uninterested in taking orders and cold, but happily chatted up the table next to us for our entire dinner even with empty cups and plates visible. I understand during busy times it's difficult to address all customers but the dining area was maybe a quarter seated. Not mad, just disappointed.
