The service was great. The manager gave us a complimentary flight of salsa. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were just not good at all. The ambiance was nice. But just the food was not tasty at all. My friends complained about the "shredded" chicken being just clumps of chicken with little to no flavor. I got the pina al pastor tacos and they were mushy and frankly the flavor was vile. The drinks were just a syrupy mix. No authenticity. Dissatisfied.

Used to enjoy the food from here and when catered however this last time was truly disappointed. Food was like warm when brought to the table, not a lot of room to customize items for vegetarians, and overall service was very disappointing. Overpriced food for not great taste or service when dining in. The two hosts that greeted and said bye were nice hence the one star. They tried to be accommodating but our actual server was full of attitude and when asked for certain things would refuse by saying things such as "I already brought a large one to the table so I'll only bring this other salad in addition to it." Just not a great experience and wish it went otherwise.

Food was fabulous. Need space heaters ny the windows upstairs by the windows. Server was great and very attentive. Pls inform senior citizens that u have an elevator . Margaritas were super.
Absolutely perfect! I was traveling on business from Texas, and walked past this place. I KNOW good Mexican food. I love it. I had my doubts about the food here. However, they far, FAR exceeded my expectations.I had the ceviche to start. It was extremey fresh, loaded with flavors and balanced so well with lemon juice, heat from fresh peppers and shrimp. So good!Next, the tamales puerco. Again, quite fresh ingredients. Generous portions of tamales smothered with salsa, cheese and REAL sour cream! I was very surprised and dove right in!Guacamole, rice, frijoles refritos, and of course, PLENTY of chips and salsa. I waddled out of the place a happy man!Beautiful, well run, super clean location with lots of ambiance. HIGHLY recommend.

The food is good but it's pricey and nothing really standout about it.I like it but it's a hard sell.Service is spectacular though so if you are in the mood for a dine in Mexican dinner, it's pretty solid.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant of all time. The food is all delicious. The service can be slow but I think they're understaffed like many places these days. Atmosphere is nice and modern. Go there once and you'll go there again!
