They messed up my entire order when I called they told me to come back in the next day and now they are unwilling to help me. Manager walked away from me in the middle of us talking they have very bad customer service. I will never go back here again.

I’m almost positive it’s the general manager I keep having encounters with. She is very rude , I give chance after chance because this is my local Burger King. I’ve been living in the area for about 18 years now. She has the worst customer service. She is not polite. The food lately has been so off. I asked to have a whopper remade because it had an excessive amount of salt and pepper on the patty & again I’m met with attitude. If you hate your job lady just say that. I’m not super picky but it was literally not edible. Also I have social anxiety I always go thru drive thru never inside. Today I had to use the restroom so I went in, and as I’m walking out I hear “ restrooms are for customers only “ I said I’m sorry I don’t order inside I use the drive thru. She repeated again bathrooms are for customers only. It’s sad because she is literally the one I see everytime. She’s the face of the store and that’s horrible.

Went to get 2 meals lately and both were whopper meals, one was no pickles and the other no mayo, the one that was not to have pickles had them, the other whopper took a special effort to have nothing on there but the patty in a bun, that was it, after explaining it 3 times and still screw it up was a special effort. Do yourself a favor, drive past and go somewhere else

My mom took me to this Burger King. I went ahead and ordered the Texas double whopper with onion rings and a diet coke. When we got to the window and paid for my order and got my order, the supervisor Josephine was nice and friendly ?My food tasted good. Good job
