Cakes XO was very professional and friendly. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and emailed a pic of our invite and they made it happen. Cake was also good as well. I, we they, didn’t stop getting compliments on the cake, moisture, taste, decoration, etc. I definitely recommend and will return for our next event!

I requested a tie dye cake. At pickup it wasn't ready. I was told I didn't respond to an email regarding the decorating request to which I had proof I did. Their response, it got lost. So therefore I was given a cake poorly decorated in 30 min with all the blame on me. The staff was rude and could care less when I said I wouldn't return. My 7 year old daughters cake looks like she decorated it.

I ordered a dairy-free smash cake for my 1-year-old’s birthday party and not only did the cake look great and taste delicious, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to pickup the cake in time for the party. By my own error, I didn’t realize that they closed at 2 on Saturdays and I wouldn’t make it in time to pickup the cake, so they offered to leave it with the bar next door so I could have the cake for the party. Now that’s great customer service! Thanks Cakes xo!
