I ordered online and got double chicken, extra rice, extra cheese, and extra sour cream and this is the bowl i got. It was pretty much empty and not even enough to fill up a little kid. This place is horrible and i do not reccommemd.

When I ask for double meat I do expect to pay for it, but less than a single portion given, and charging for double, then backtracking charging me for a single is pretty upsetting. Customer service is very important.

I totally agree with some of these reviews! You ask for extra rice & you barely get any rice at all. My chips were so greasy I couldn't even eat them. Look at the pics. The bag is drenched in grease! This isn't the first time I've had a problem with them. I've also had stale chips. You pay so much for your meal now, you get home to eat it & it's a big disappointment! Never again! Think twice before you order from here.

This place is just bad. There's not reallly much to say because it is that bad. The food is always gross. I don't see any point in going here when there is a chipotle in Homer, Orland and Romeoville. The meat is always funky here. They ration like it's world war 1. You have to ask for extra everything because they give you almost nothing. It's a waste of money. Orland is the best location. Lockport is the worst. Just don't go here, it's simple.

I had a couple bad experiences here, however Logan has completely changed the way I view food. His grill skills are unmatched, and his kindness makes this place go. I strongly recommend going only when Logan is working here as that is the best time to get the best food outside of Chicago. Keep rocking it man and keep making bowls worthy for the rich but given to the middle class. The only reason I give 4 stars is because Logan does not work every day and every shift.

Was running late yesterday and made it in store 3 minutes before close. I always feel so bad going in restaurants that late, but Lou (I believe that’s her name) accepted my apologies and was so nice to me. Everything was still out so I was able to order my bowl exactly how I wanted it. Will definitely be visiting again
Employees are not friendly and seem to have a poor attitude. I understand everyone has a bad day but don't take it out on customers. The food tasted okay but the meat was grisly. The ambiance was okay.

Ok, location. I will say the inside was incredibly messy. Cheese and rice all over the floors and tables. Food tasted like typical chipotle.

Came here on the way to a corn maze. We thought we'd grab some food prior. I've never been to a Chipotle, so here we go!The order process was fine. I ordered a chicken burrito and kept it simple: Pico, cheese, and white rice. It was okay. The food was kinda cold, but the flavor was alright. The staff were friendly enough, but I could tell they dont want much to do with the customers. We sat in the back. This place is MESSY. There's food all over the place. The bathrooms are gross. There's a smell of horrible BO, and customers definitely don't clean up after themselves after using the restrooms. I mean, first impressions were so-so. I don't think I'm a repeat customer. One and done here, sorry.
