Been there a dozen times. They're pretty good with everything but I just had a dispute with one of the meals. The general manager handled the complaint with complete professionalism. Super happy that there's not only a Noodles & company in Lockport, but they also know how to treat a customer with respect when two parties don't see eye to eye on something. (Long story short I believed the chicken to be undercooked, she told me no it's fine but will replace it.)

I went once to a noodles& company about 15 years ago and it was the definition of okay. I finally got a chance to go again and I'm glad to say they are pretty much exactly how I remember.Simply okay pasta and noodle dishes that just don't excite the tongue. The staff were all very courteous and friendly, but the food they serve is just mediocre.Mac and cheese rose slightly above the pack, but honestly I would have had a better time making a box of shells and cheese at home.There's a lot better restaurants even in the same plaza, never mind in the rest of Lockport. Save your money and go somewhere else

Went in and there were 0 other customers inside and the worker told us they were too understaffed and that we couldnt order inside and they were only fulfilling online orders. Afterwards we sat in the car to figure out where else to eat and 3 other groups of people showed up and had no issues ordering inside and getting

Food was ok but orders my regular bowl with beef and only got 4 pieces of beef. A bigger issue was the price. Way too much to spend 12.00 on a regular bowl. Thank goodness Panda is still reasonably priced. Only 3 words for management, LOWER YOUR PRICES!!!!!

I need to be gluten free and I love the pad thai! The rice noodles are naturally gf so you just tell them to prepare it gf and keep the rice noodles! No extra charge and no corn noodles. They do a good job here.Dietary restrictions: They will prepare your food gf if you ask. They charge extra for gf noodles that have corn and rice in them or you can eat the rice noodles from the pad thai, if you ask.

First time I tried this location on Saturday( drive thru) and came back on Monday again LOL Because food was well made, delicious, still warm when I got home. Staff person by the window was very pleasant, friendly, smiling ( you rarely get nice service these days..) Highly recommend this location!

We have been here a few times now and had great experience until today. We order 3 different dishes and all 3 had long black hair in them. We ordered to go and I wasn’t going to drive back there.
We have been on this location a dozen times since it has been open, and it never disappoints. Not only is the food on point but the customer service is exceptional. One of the employees, Cam I think, went out of his way to really make us feel special. Thank you Cam for your great customer service.

Online order took 20min more than the estimate, some of the food was somehow cold when we finally got it, didnt't include the marinara cutlery or napkins.

This was our third chip ice on a Sunday night after the other two restaurants we went to were having problems, I ordered ahead on the app and when we pulled up no one came to the window to help us, then we went inside and even though my screen said that the order was done it wasn't for another 10 minutes. Then to top it all off they forgot the marinara for the garlic bread AND didn't include utensils or silverware. And they had plenty of staff working. Unbelievable
