You ever see those posts on Social Media where they say “who’s keeping this place in business!?”. That’s the first thing that comes to mind when deciding to eat here. The staff are more concerned with stepping outside to smoke between orders than what a customer orders.Check your bags.I ordered 5 items, 2x one kind of taco. 2x another kind of taco, and 1 other taco. All items were wrong. Drove back, asked to replace the items, and was told they didn’t have everything that I originally tried to order the first time. At this point you have to ponder to yourself “who is keeping this place in business”. It closed once, should’ve stayed that way.Want chicken? Popeyes is down the block to the east.Want tacos? There is a ton of Mexican joints east of here and within a couple miles.

After getting ignored by the cashier for 5 minutes we decided to leave since they didn’t want the business so badly.

I left a review for the one on Bell Rd, this one is worse!! They barely have the selection that is on the website or any commercial I just watched which made us want to eat there. They had zero answer for why either. I guess in the Lockport/Homer Glen region you can’t have Taco Bell. It’s a shame because we love it.

Trash. So the cashier got my order wrong. Says her name is winter on receipt. she would ask a question and shut the door in the middle of me replying like 6 times. She then would come back and have the wrong information because she didn't listen. She gave me my party pack then left me in the drivethrough for my drinks for about 5min. Untill the next customer ordered. She then told me their total and i had to inform her she still didnt get my drinks. Did not give me enough sauce even though i asked 3 times untill she finally got it together. The tacos all were stuck to the wrapping paper so the bottoms fell out of 12/12 tacos. I wasn't rude to her in any way shape or form. She was just living in her own world and this whole experience was bizarre. I won't be eating here again.

Hours are wrong. All days 10:30-10:00. Lobby closes at 9:00.

Sadly the most mismanaged Taco Bell in the region. Please give us a stand-alone Taco Bell and not mix with garbage KFC.

This place is absolute trash. The workers, the food, and the whole restaurant in general. It looks disgusting from the inside out and they can't ever follow the hours that they put online. I've never once gone in and talked to a respectful worker either. Every single one of them are ignorant and all look strung up on drugs. Makes me question whether it's safe to take a bit out of their food or not. Genuinely surprised they haven't received any warnings from FDA yet... let alone been SHUT DOWN!! It has been this same way for years now, what a shame.

this place can be hit or miss. i love taco bell and will usually get a few tacos once a week. ive got to say it is definitely the slowest taco bell drive thru i have ever experienced, with wait times over 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me and im ordering three tacos lol. one time i got there at 8:35 and they closed at 9. i was in line for 15 minutes behind some guy ordering maybe 50 items or something (which isnt taco bells fault) but then by the time he was done they said they werent taking any more orders. at 8:50 when they close at 9. so i never got my measely three tacos - it was a terrible experience. HOWEVER if theres no one in line and you get there they are super fast and do a better job on the tacos. attitudes from the cashiers vary; id say its a 70/30 happy to grumpy ratio. overall if youre craving taco bell, make a stop. id youre pressed for time and see 3 or more cars in line dont even bother.
